Our requirements were demolition, removal of old fence and installed new NO-SIDE fence with Redwood planks. Everything was confirmed and the price split in 2, I pay mine and he pays his, we use credit card to set up payment. The first appointment was canceled and the second was done in one day. Alessandra was the coordinator and she did a great job making sure everything to our convenience. I wasn't home while they started and finished the job, my neighbor was there. The job was done beautifully. I'm very pleased. Will I refer this company to my friends and families? Yes, of course.

When I requested that she complete the job per our contract she refused and later I received a notice of a lien from star concrete because she never paid her contractor. Because of this I had to pay them 2368Since I have filed a claim with the state contracts board. Currently under investigation. Now we have to get the concrete removed and repoured to look right. A simple job that just wasn't managed well and held no accountability. Very disappointed considering the history of this company and the reviews I saw before hiring her. Be very careful.

During the onsite evaluation, Ken measured the area and explained how they would demolish the existing cracked concrete, design the slope, complete the paving, and fill the area.
