There was no wait, and owners' son asked me several questions and then checked air pressure! I always have a hard time going to any sort of car shop because workers aren't always approachable. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by who I believe was the owner. We arrived around 4:30 and he said he wouldn't be able help because installing, mounting, and balancing all the tires would take 45 minutes and they close at 5PM. I don't like tire shops because they always tell me that my flat tire cannot be fixed. So, I always asked my guy friends to go with tire shops. I had a flat tire yesterday. My neighbors were kind enough to put a spare last night. I called this shop shortly after 8 am and am told that it costs $9.00 to fix a flat tire. They also told me that there is no one so they could get it done in less than 10 minutes. I hurried myself and found that I was served right away. The guy was very efficient and charged me $9.00! I would recommend this place to anyone. On 11/28/17, a yellow warning light lit up when I started my car engine. I decided to drive to Torres and wait until 8 am. It was around 7:40 am, their gate opened. A guy came out with some tools, ready to work in my car. I explained what the situation was, and he took the tire in question out to check. It's one of the cheapest and most reliable Services I found and typically they have a very short wait time. It is typically not in the best area of Long Beach but certainly not the worst and I feel if you are afraid to go into this area you are probably just a punk anyway (go to your dealership). When I got there, there was only one man working, it was barely 8:10am, they had just opened, and was already pretty busy.
