This is my 2nd time using Torres Wheels and both times have been amazing! I used to detail cars part time and so I'm very picky when I catch flaws on my cars exterior, including my wheels. In the 5 years I've owned my car I've luckily scraped my wheels against the curb only twice, but each time Julio and Miguel have been so helpful and responsive. First of all, I was given the number of IVAN. At first I had done few visits and repaired my wheels with him. I was in south bay and IVAN agreed and qouted me a price. He used to come to me and we agreed to a price and I was getting them repaired. After giving him business many times I decided to help and went out of my way driving 60 miles each way to help him save the cost of his commute and travel. While giving him and advantage saving his time and lot of money. While also agreeing to his same price. One time I brought my other car which also had a curb rash he decided abruptly that he is going to charge me higher and changed his price qoute based on that fact.. we were in agreement initially but he changed his mind midway during the repair process to which he made me highly uncomfortable while adding much to my anxiety as I was on his premise. It looked like he was going to harm me. He continued to argue and threatening me continously. He fighting and forcing me to pay higher. Then he started to make a fuss and starts making my video. I have always paid money to buisiness of their work never skipped any payments in my life ever!!!! Despite that fact his attitude towards me was way unaccounted for and I still paid the higher amount which I was forced to pay as he brought other people to ask me which seems so much out of greed and unrespectful. I had paid thousands after thousands and yet giving them more buisness and help them save costs but they kept on treating with no dignity whatsoever ever.
