I had gone to Torrey several times and was happy with the service. Then I went a couple of weeks ago to get a refill of a serum for sleep... I am allergic to Coconut oil, so I ask for something that did not have it. He started looking and most everything had Coconut. Then he found me a gummies that he said was great. So I bought 2 of them... my bad.. I did not check for myself that it had coconut oil in it.. I took on the next night and was sick for 2 days, very sick. I looked on the package and it had coconut oil. I emailed them and chatted with them and they said there was nothing they could do... I had one package that was completely unopened.... They would not take any responsibility for selling me something I allergic too. I have gone to the ER with this allergy before... So I will not be back.. they said they would give me a big discount... but they only sold me a smaller size for the same price as before.. I do not believe this is an ethical practice. I will not go back, if they cannot take an allergy serious and then not stand beside their mistake. read more

First time at a 'legal' Dispensery and it was a very different experience than what I've usually had. First off you are greeted by security, and have to put your belongings in a tray, and walk threw a metal detector. Since I was a first time customer I had to fill out my info and then sat in the waiting room to be called back. It was pretty busy, but they do get people back very fast. We only waited about 5 minutes. I had used their atm because they are CASH ONLY. The atm said it has a fee of $3. When I got home, not only did they take out the $3 fee, they also took out $2.50. So the atm took a total of $5.50 out. Which is ridiculous, I recommend not using their atm. We were called back and had our own specialist to help us. Unfortunately he really didn't recommend or show us much. We wanted to buy a lot more things but we felt rushed and he wasn't very welcoming. Also being a first time customer I've always got a free pre-roll or some other little goodie, here I did not. My friend that told me about this place stated that she received a free pre roll and glass jar on her first visit. That was a disappointment. Overall, it's great that cannabis is legal and everyone over 21 can come here to purchase whatever they want. Although I think I'm just going to stick to my regular Dispensaries. read more

They said they have 500 pages of Regulations and that's why there was a mix up. Naw, that has nothing to do with regulations and everything to do with having a messed up website. Then they brought me nothing, the container was empty. What? How does 500 pages of Regulation equal give your customer nothing. It was so lame but again the problem falls on me to fix it at my cost time/ more tips to drivers. Apparently they brought me an empty display. What who does that is this a shoe store even they have checks and balances. They did not give me my money back for the gross over charge. Nooo they told me I have store credit because their website is Glitchy. Is that even legal, over charge then say store credit. I don't want that. I want your yes to be yes and your no to be no. I would not recommend this delivery arm of Torrey Holistics at this time. They are running the delivery as Torrey 2 You. a simi-separate (Mostly separate) biz under Torrey Holistic's. It's just not up to standard and you have to do so much detective work to get what you paid for. Poor indeed. I have been coming here for a few years now, and the service has always been amazing. They always have great deals, and lots of great item suggestions. Tonight I was that girl, came in five minutes before closing to pick up my order, asked a million questions, and then ended up coming back after the doors were locked because I accidentally forgot an item from my order. I was nervous that no one would open the door, because I do live over 30 miles away, and was just getting off of work myself. I also wanted to get in today, to avoid the holiday crowds tomorrow.
