They just moved to a different location in the Palladio shopping center. They moved to #350 Palladio Parkway, just a few shop fronts over from the old spot #320. The styles vary from traditional, classic preppy to vibrant year round resort wear. They carry petite sizes as well as regular. The women's clothes are on the pricier side but the quality is excellent. Plus they do have occasional sales, the last one recently was 30% off everything in the shop. I walked into the store with a bag and my return items that I purchased the night before while I was speaking with the cashier. I asked her if she'd like to use the bag as a recycle for somebody else that may need it. This other person named Emma tapped me on the back while the line was filled with people out of nowhere and tried to accuse me of not paying for the bag. I then got pretty upset and told her I would never try and steal a bag from the store and I had all my receipts with me and the receipt show that I purchased the bag last night while I purchased the other items it was unbelievably embarrassing. It was incredibly unprofessional they would refuse to give me the corporate office this store by far is being run by extremely unprofessional people. The person that I was working with had lots of trouble understanding what I was saying as well as Emma who claimed to be the supervisor then when I asked her for corporate number, she wouldn't give it to me. The Store other employees came up that had been working there for over 10 years, said that they had an organized system of where management and certain employees are all friends and they get away with this behavior and they all stick up for one another when something like this occurs nothing ever gets resolved. I was encouraged to call corporate office on this incident because of the mere fact that she would try to accuse me of stealing a bag and not paying for it when it was the same bag, I walked in from the night before please do not go to this Ross. It is absolutely horrific.. when we went back to the store my husband asked if he could speak with the supervisor the employee that helped me at the checkout stand then try to say I think you're drunk and entitled I don't drink it. All her name is Madison and she had nothing nice to say it was unbelievable. EXTREMELY disappointed in the fit of the dress in the chest area (aka boobs)…read more Purchased a dress at Occasions by Miosa in Folsom for a 2026 summer wedding. Staff took my measurements: chest, waist, hips. Then told me I was a size 2. I questioned a size 2 because the dress I tried on was a 6 and too snug. A separate gal then said I'm a size 10, maybe an 8, but the dresses run small. So she recommended I order the 10 to make sure it was large enough to fit my 29" waist measurement. Well, I have the dress and it does fit my waist, but I need a WHOOOOOOLE lot more boob to fill the ginormous, pre-cast, chest cups sewn into the dress. My chest is a 34 B, which they measured and wrote down in my info. I met with their seamstress and she can't alter the dress because of the style of the bodice and how it overlays the ginormous cups. But she did tell me I can "get a push-up bra AND some bra fillers/push-up enhancers and it will help fill the gap." Help??? If I wanted big boobs I'd have the surgery. But I'm happy with my little gals. For the record, I tried her recommendations and with both a push up bra and the bra fillers in place, the cups are still half empty. Or are they half-full...? Either way, the poor fit in this area is upsetting. Paying hundreds of dollars for a dress and waiting 6 weeks for it to be assembled and delivered, I (naively) expected ALL of my measurements to be taken into account when the dress was made.... So it would fit, not require a push up bra and inserts to attempt to fill the cup space. Staff was helpful in the color options available, and making darn sure I signed all the paperwork saying there are no take backs... But they failed to inform the buyer the dress will fit the largest measurement on your body and the rest of the fit is a crap shoot, and their alterations department may, or may not, be able to fix a problem... One final note... when I picked up the dress, it was very wrinkled (it's chiffon). and I asked if they steam it so it's ready to wear... Yes, they will for $15 dollars. Lordy lord! Please, let me walk out of your shop with my $400 dress steamed and ready to wear. Tried to shop local. Didn't work out so well for me. MH

When I phoned to speak with a manager the employee who who was rude to me answered the phone and told me the manager was on vacation for a week, not sure if she was telling me the truth. She did give me her name and I made sure to contact Kohl's and give my feedback. I tried to explain to this employee that it's not only bad for the store's brand to treat customers rudely, but you never know what people are going through, and you don't wanna add that type of negativity to their day, she seemed completely uninterested in what I had to say.
