I will travel from Chesapeake to visit this store and that's an easy 30 minute travel (with no traffic). Yes, this is your typical Ross store, but the selection here is kinda second to none. The employees/cashiers get you in and get you out. On any given day the checkout line can be wrapped around the ropes, but the wait time is usually less than five minutes. But Ross has it all. There is something here for everyone in the family. From the newborn child to your pet cat. This store is located in a shopping center among other popular stores such as TJMaxx. Just a short walk, you will see other stores such as Total Wine. This area is awesome... eateries are nearby, a grocery store, mom and pop shops etc. There is plenty of parking. In the next five minutes I was there, every person who came in was greeted or some other contact was made. There is only ONE obvious difference between myself and the others that came thru that door. Piss poor behavior in 2017. I dine and shop in this area frequently and have never had an issue until now. I told him to stop and he did. his TWO year old brother who could barely spin it started trying it and as im giving my email this lady had thenerve to direct my children sternly???? excuse me? I didnt say anything and her badge of her name was hidden so I dont even have a name. HOWEVER that wheel is kid height- they did nothing but spin it and you talk ugly to my children???? Especially to my TWO year old who is just trying to get it to spin in the first place. Then when she walked around the counter and before i cohld even take a step my TWO year old tried again and she caught an atridue in her face towards him. will be going out of my way to go somewhere else and telling my clients and friends/family to do the same because who do you think you are talking to children you dont even know like that? Especially when they arnt doing anything wrong.
