Anyway, I wait to be recognized as there was only one person on the checkout and she did not address me at all. I looked around for someone else to see if they could grab my order and be on my way. To my relief there was a staff member working nearby. When I asked for assistance, she hesitated and I could tell she was about to tell me to stand in line. I had my id ready but she wanted the email that I was sent with a barcode. I told her I got a text it was ready...? I searched for an email as it took a minute, she asked for my id. At that moment I found my email, she scanned it and I was on my way. I try to consider reasons why the employees behave the way they do, and I suppose they wanted to get out on time and were doing their duties before they close, but I still think the priority should be the customer. That being said, I was happy to be able to place an online order and pick it up same day! I love the sales and being a cardholder has some nice advantages. I'd like to see more variety for toddler and boys clothes.

I found 3 of them for 50% off! I usually pay full price so getting them half off was awesome! I even had $15 in Angel Rewards. My friend found 5 sports bras at PINK & 4 of them were on sale for only $20 each. This might be the first time I went into VS in my life & I didn't buy panties but that's bc the big sale is today & we went yesterday. That was just bad timing! It saved me money though. Especially considering I have countless panties w tags still on them. ‍ The staff here is fabulous! Christina checked on us while we were shopping a few different times. Adriana assisted my friend in finding her correct bra size & in getting us dressing rooms. Oh! The dressing rooms... when you are standing in line you are right next to each other, no big deal to us. The dressing rooms have complete walls from top to bottom. So, when we read that every other room was kept empty, we just found that to be a waste of dressing rooms, especially when at one point (on our 2nd trip to the dressing room) there was a short line to get a dressing room. Why does every other room need to be empty? That doesn't make any sense at all. Other than that peculiar quirk this location is excellent. The dressing rooms were clean & so was the entire store. It was kept very organized. We looked at some swimsuit bottoms & as we walked away Christina was making sure they looked perfectly lined up on the table. (SIDENOTE: the XS swim bottoms MIGHT fit a 10/12 year old girl so if you are looking for swim bottoms for your pre teen, check out the XS bottoms at VS/Pink. We couldn't believe how tiny they were.) After we left the dressing room Adriana asked my friend how the bras worked for her. These ladies know customer service! When we were standing in a fairly long line to check out, it moved quickly.... In no time, Elise was ready to check us out. We were chatting away & didn't see her at the far end. Vanessa let us know in a kind voice that Elise would be happy to check us out when we were ready. As we walked towards Elise I apologized for not paying attention. She was smiling at us & was so nice! She could've acted irritated but she didn't. She was wonderful! We bought quite a bit so while we were checking out we had great conversation with Vanessa (pretty sure she was the Mgr) & Elise. We even chatted w another shopper w a great name. (Random, I know...lol That's ME!) I had them laughing out loud before I left. Like I said told them.. life is too short to be bored. Thank you to the staff for being fantastic!

That was the one at NorthPark Center in the DFW area. And lo and behold, the one there had a pretty dope winter themed Aritzia arcade machine in the store. If I recall correctly, it had a two player mode that was sort of co-op, sorta competitive. Of course, the controls weren't in that great of a shape. So naturally when I was strolling around the shops at La Cantera, I was excited when I spotted an Aritzia. Because, where else can you find an arcade machine in a clothing store? I was super stoked. Walking in, I scoured the entire store for the metallic arcade machine. I saw the snow globe lit Aritzia puffy sphere, but unfortunately this Aritzia does not have the arcade machine. Queue sadness. What they do have, however, appears to be a selection stylish clothing that is not excessively priced. The staff working here are quite helpful and friendly. They also appear to wear articles of clothing available in the store. They can accurately assess your size for each article of clothing, and won't hesitate to gather and carry your selected articles to the dressing room area. The dressing area contains curtains for each dressing stall. Additionally, there are mirrors which assist you in assessing your own appearance. There are also a few chairs and a couch in that area. Would I come back again? Probably only if they have the arcade machine available. Otherwise, it's not really a place I'd normally shop at since it doesn't contain garments that I wear. It's definitely a comfortable store, and I applaud their interior design.

Service was horrible. Was doing a return on some shoes I had only worn once, I had called in…read moreadvance to see if it was possible to, since the shoes had some scuff marks to it and minor scratches, the employee I spoke to on the phone said it was and that it is expected by the company that customers would wear their items up to 5 times before returning so that it was okay. My return was done by the Store Manager who was blatantly rude the entire interaction because she was having to accommodate just the once, but even with accommodating gave attitude the entire time and reminded me that customers weren't allowed to make returns with it being scuffed, which is the exact opposite of what I was told by the employee. I used to be an ASM for a retail place as well, there's genuinely no need for that type of attitude and unprofessionalism, especially when I was the one misinformed. Granted they still made the return but needless to say I'll never come back to that location since the SM doesn't know how to treat people.

Ladies gave me the price and I had them hold them for me while I continued to shop. I picked a 3rd pair of shoes and then checked out with the aforementioned young clerk. I was rung up and stepped to the side after the transaction. Sure enough I was overcharged by $20 and questioned her. Her reaction was that it was correct and when I pointed out the other pair she in fact told me wait while she handled another customer even though I waited for her complete her transaction with the man behind me. Anyway, she took care of their refund and then did mine acting like it came out of her paycheck. Just would have been nice to have her realize the mistake and handle it in a more professional manner. I will shop elsewhere next time since it bothers them to honor a correct price.
