Love this place! I go to two locations. Both are great. HUGE menu, full of many Mexican dishes. You can't complain about variety. This place has VARIETY. One special quality if this restaurant is that you can go super HEALTHY or the opposite. They have super healthy, large, rich smoothies, and they use fresh, healthy ingredients. No false advertising. On the other hand, they have super sweet, creamy, rich frappes and milk shakes, and pastries, cakes, etc. The place is awesome. read more

One of my go to for a torta and have been ordering from here since 2002. My 2 big issues are the prices like many on Yelp have complained, and the service. The prices are not really affordable and to spend upwards of $20 for a torta and a drink is too high. There portion is not too good either. Additionally, the lady taking phone orders is rude! She has a snobby attitude as if they are doing you a favor for my business and when answering simple questions about the menu items, the lady sounded very annoyed. We have been visiting this location for like 20 years now! We used to live a few blocks away, moved a few times, but still managed to come here like twice a month. We always order the same thing and haven't tried anything else: two carne asada tortas, one with no tomato. Always have the horchata and agua de sandía. The special thing about these tortas that we have not come across at any other place is the cheese and how the torta is pressed like a panini. I love torras! We ordered the torta Milanesa and the Carne Asada torta. They're both so good! I think I lean toward the carne asada one a little bit more. We also ordered carne asada fries I wouldn't order those again they weren't good at all. They were made with nacho cheese it was pretty nasty. They also had an abundance of sour cream and literally a pile of sauce. I had maybe one bite and couldn't eat any more. Next time I will only get the torras. I've been coming here since I was little. I've never gotten sick from from the food, never received cold food, and the order has always been right when I leave. It's really good! If I can rate this spot it's a 0. I ordered today first and last time I'll be going in. I ordered a flan and this is what I got after taking a couple of bites I noticed on my spoon the bottom part had something black and fuzzy. I flip over the flan and behold... there goes the mold. Came by for the first based off reviews at first a nice women started helping us which seem very nice but then for some reason another women started helping us turns out she was the owner and was rude asf I just wanted her to explain what's in the strawberry and cream cup because pictures showed having so much toppings you couldn't really tell what exactly they had then she just kept saying that everything is charged separately okay I got that but what do you have ? Seems like they only slapped in the nachos grounded beefs and guacamole sauce for lousy $15 bucks. Cost way too much to make it under 3 minutes n no passions of cooking it the right way. We like the torta cubana and the asada torta here. We tried the tacos and didn't like them. We tried the torta ahogada, that's spicy but not the right bread and not a lot of flavor besides chili. Customer service is not the greatest either. The ladies are always so serious and if you ask for extra salsa they don't like it much. And a 12 oz can of soda is $2!!! That's just crazy!!!
