I do not recommend this store at all the customer service is not good. They always have a long line with only one cashier checking you out. Also their return policy is horrible you only have 14 days to return something and they don't even let you exchange anything past the 14 days which is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. read more

Wonderful Service!! After reading the reviews, I was concerned about going to this store because it is over an hour away from where I am staying. I hoped for a good deal and had nothing better to do so I headed out. Some of the other reviewers are speaking about the "stuck up" attitude of the sales people. I saw the furthest thing from that. I walked in wearing a crappy pair of leggings and t-shirt, drinking an exceptionally large coffee, and carrying my keys, phone and wallet (forgot my purse). The woman at the door immediately greeted me and told me what the deal of the day was. I was looking for shoes so I made a beeline to the back of the store. As I was walking, one of the associates complimented me on my leggings, I was shocked but she appeared genuine. I walked around the shoe section twice and then looked up at an associate (Skye) I had not yet interacted with. Skye asked what she could do for me so I showed her the three pairs I was interested in. While we waited for someone to grab them from the back, she chatted with me about where I am from and what I was doing in the area. I selected two of the pairs ($200 total!) and started towards the front to browse. Another associate that I had not interacted with asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told her that I had bought a Michael Kors bag the day before so I was just looking. We talked about what I had purchased at MK and she showed me some bags that would fit my parameters. I wound up sticking with the MK bag and she talked with me as I waited to purchase my shoes. All in all, I felt as though I was treated like a VIP even though I was dressed very poorly. Definitely not a good shopping experience. Just bought a pair of boots in the outlet store. The whole store was really slow with not many customer in it. But staffs are not interested in helping me check out. I was standing there waiting for the cashier who is trying to sell the person in front of me some perfume on top of her total $460 items. I had to complain to have another cashier to come over. I don't understand why they hire so many staffs. Just to stand around to make the store look fancy? read more

Came here with my mom during the middle of the day on a Friday. It wasn't crowded but there were multiple other shoppers in the store. Upon walking in we were greeted at the door with a warm welcome and hello. Nice, I thought. Until I heard them greet the next person that walked in and inform her about the sales going on (40% off the whole store or something along those lines). That was after we had spent at least 5 minutes at the front of the store looking at wallets, which was what my mom came to buy. We continued to the middle and back of the store and looked at shoes. My mom picked up multiple shoes and was interested in possibly trying them on but none of the sales associates asked if we needed help. They silently walked by multiple times despite making awkward eye contact. Thus, I think the sales-people in this store are stuck-up. I probably won't be spending my money here, and neither will my mom. The 2 stars here are because of the large store, nice layout, and good selection. We came to Allen specifically to spend money in this store and walked out empty-handed because of the service. Their loss. read more

Great selection and prices. This review is specifically for the manager, Jonathan. I purchased a purse here two months ago and was disappointed to find that the leather strap that's intertwined with the gold chain broke after about the 5th wear. I emailed customer service where I received little to no help. I went into the store today where Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. I have loved shopping here in the past and never had an issue. This past time I went I noticed a difference and I typically don't do reviews but in this case I will. To start, the sales person was all over us..I had one lady that wouldn't let me just enjoy browsing, felt like she was trying to make a sale but it was just too much. Every item I picked up she would talk up and try to convince me to buy. When I finally decided on an item, the sales price was marked on the tag clearly at $329 and when I was checking out, the cashier said it was $379. I questioned her on the price difference based on the tag and she said the 2 was actually a 7..that the pen must have just kept running and created an extra line to look like a 2..how does that even happen and create a new number? She was really rude about it and should have honored the mistake that was made..even if she could not honor it at least be nice about it. It was clear she whispered something under her breath to her coworkers when she came around to give us the bag because they all started laughing and looked at us. Horrible experience and I hope that they change the attitude of employees so we can enjoy shopping there again. read more

It was super crowded this weekend but staff was great. I was welcomed with a friendly greet and told about promo. The shoe area was really crowded, but I thought the team did a great job of working quickly to take care of everyone. Got some awesome deals on flats. Today I went into the Tory Burch outlet because my husband a week prior had purchased me the "Bryant" cross body. It looked similar to the "Fleming" that I actually wanted, but the Fleming is not available in the outlet stores. When I entered the store I was greeted by a very helpful sales associate, I told her what I was looking for and she informed me that they did not carry the bag. She suggested some other bags that were similar but they were true outlet quality and I decided to pass. The sales associate suggested that instead of returning the bag, that maybe I should get a merchandise credit to spend at the Tory Burch retail location in North Park or Highland Park. I agreed and we proceeded to the counter to return the item. The associate behind the counter named Emily took my receipt from the sales associate that was helping me, and told me that the receipt that I provided was not for the bag that I was returning. I said to her "excuse me" and she repeated the accusation. She did not at one time look in the bag to confirm. After I told her she needed to get her facts in order before she accused someone of being dishonest is when she finally looked in the bag and said "Oh, yes it is". No apology or anything, She handed the receipt back to the sales associate that was assisting me originally and walked away from the counter. I spoke to the assistant manager Dee who was completely unfazed by the encounter and what I told her. She told me that the manager Ashley would be back in the store in two days so no need to call tomorrow. Needless to say...I won't be back. read more

They refuse to stand by their 'one year guarantee' and argued about leather peeling off on a six month old purse as normal wear and tear. Funny thing is the associate I spoke with in the phone said they had tons of issues with the light leather color purses I bought and told me to bring it in and they would send it in for repair. Got to the store and was told that the wallet and purse peeling off was normal and it would not qualify for 'repair'.. Cheaply made but between these two items, I spent $700 and thought they would stand behind their product. I have 8 other TB bags and this has NEVER happened with any of them. Was sent to customer service and was told a manager would contact me. After a week of back and forth with the manager, I was told they wouldn't repair it and offered to send me some leather cleaner. A cleaner isn't going to fix LEATHER PEELING OFF. Bottom line is they used a cheap manufacturer for these products AND refuse to back up their guarantee. Never buying anything from Tory Burch again. What a waste of time. read more
