We trust Allain at the beach house when we are not present. On these trips, he performs an overall assessment of the house, determines what work needs to be done and executes various projects. We appreciate how he keeps us updated with progress reports and photos, and discusses recommendations. He's done exterior work (using thirty-foot ladders) on the Dolphin Inn's second and third story decks, in addition to significant carpentry (inside and out), along with interior painting, trim and even furniture.
