An unexpected emergency occurred w another customer while I was there, and they handled it with such grace and care. Had a pleasant experience getting my lab work completed. I scheduled an appointment online and did…read moreso on the same day. I was surprised to see so many appointments listed for same day. Once I arrived I signed in on the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. As soon as I sat down, the lady came to the door and called my name and told me which room to go to. Once entering the room, the phlebotomist had me verify my name and DOB. The young lady that was going to draw my blood asked for help as she didn't feel confident in sticking me as my veins are pretty deep and hard to find, so a colleague came and assisted her. I appreciate that more than they know as I hate getting my blood drawn. The second young lady found a vein and stuck me once but was unsuccessful in drawing blood. She then went to get a third lady to assist. The third woman was an older lady who told me she has been doing phlebotomy for about 40 years. She took her time finding a vein and didn't stick me until she 100% sure she was going to get what she needed. (Third time was the charm) I didn't feel a thing! She made sure to check on me as it felt like she took about 8 tubes of blood. I appreciate the care I received today and many laughs I got for the short time I was in the office!

I'm extremely claustrophobic and anxious of small spaces so they showed me the room where I'd get the CT scan and the woman who did the actual scan was nothing short an angel for me! She eased my worrying mind. Incredible, they didn't offer any treatment just told me to go to the hospital and collect $$. I'm going back to Total Access Urgent Care -- at least they DO SOMETHING! Edit: I went to Total Access Urgent immediately afterwards and all i can say is WOW! The quality of service, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were just incredible! The hooked me up with an IV, gave me some medication that made my stomach feel better, and then did a CT scan to look at my stomach for any problems. They took my urine and blood to do analysis. They gave me medication to make me feel and get better. They told me to call immediately if i start feeling worse. This place actually cares about its patients.
