Needed an igniter for my oven, they were the 1st that answered the phone, several called me back…read morelater. I had already trouble shooted that it was the igniter and had it all apart, this was Monday and appointment was Thursday. Checked local stores and the original Frigidaire igniter at Lowe's was under $30. It has very easy access with 2 wires to cut and connect with wire nuts, and 2 small screws. I could complete in under 20 minutes if not for my 3 herniated disc, so $30 and 20 minutes later would be cooking. They have some overhead but are a husband and wife with 1 tech that lives by them(nice guy). So after paying $252.33 for 20 minutes I contacted the wife who was very defensive and acting like she knows nothing about her business ? He actually asked to borrow a tool from me, spent a lot of time on his phone trying to figure things out, and even had to call another tech for help. After all that, he gave me a guess about why my freezer wasn't working, while also trying to redirect me by saying my refrigerator might still be under warranty and that I should contact them instead. That's something that should have been clarified before the appointment, not after wasting my time. Now, four days later, my freezer is still not working.
