But I must say that the first time I walked in the door or should I say tried to walk in the door. My sciatica was so bad that I could barely walk and this was my last try for any help. I did a 90 minute float and was amazed that I was able to walk out like a new man!! Relax in your private sauna cabin for 40 minutes while you tune out the world to zen spa sounds, your book, or your favorite Netflix show with the sound piped right into your sauna (no one has to know you like trashy reality shows--your secret is safe here). It's infrared so it heats you from the inside out, and they also have light therapy overhead so you can pick what vibe and therapy you're feeling for the day and a cold eucalyptus towel refreshes you at the end of your session. I didn't use it, but they also have a cold plunge tub and some sort of shower therapy option too! A wide range of options for memberships too -- from a no commitment drop in fee, use as you go packages, and all the way up to a monthly unlimited, there's definitely something for everyone. I have loved places like this in other areas I've lived, and I'm so glad we have this in Reno now. If I could afford it I'd be here EVERY day, it's that amazing--do yourself a favor and check them out!!

The sauna itself at the high setting was a little tough for me so once I reduced the heat it was much more enjoyable and the two cold washcloths in the room is a very nice (and appreciated) touch.
