I shipped them on an open hauler for $3500. The cars were picked up a day after I set up the order and delivered 5 days later to South Florida. I originally went with a broker and got screwed. They never even showed up on the day we booked and after Deven from New York Car Transporters picked up the cars the broker called me and tried to tell me they had a driver for $700 more than they quoted me. This industry is like the wild west and the brokers are scumbags. Deven picked up my cars with one of his drivers and I had no headaches. I know the price will sound good or at least they will make it sound good the first time you set it up with them but don't do it!!! I first set up a transaction with Danny back on December 2nd, 2017 and he made it sound so seamless and easy for my move from Los Angeles, CA to Atlanta, GA. I selected Tuesday January 16th as the date I wanted them to come and get the car because I had scheduled my flight for January 17th in the am.... figuring in it would give them enough time to get my car there in the five day time frame they have quoted me when we first spoke. Danny asked it was okay if they could come on Monday the 15th instead I said sure works for me. Saturday comes and goes never hear from Danny. I'm getting worried because I'm set to start a new life in a new city in less than 4 days and the company shopping my Camaro hasn't called and said Anything. I called Danny on that Sunday and asked were they still coming to get my car and explained I needed to update the shipping address as well. Danny said they were still coming and that they would be there on Monday morning to pick up the car. Danny said I could put up to 150 pounds of my items in the car as well. Sunday night after I got off of my 11 hour shift at work I pack my car Up and get it ready for the pick up that I was promise on Monday morning. Monday morning comes and about 11:30am Danny texts me and says there has been a small delay and if it was okay to pick up the car the next day on Tuesday evening I agree because I would still be in LA. I get a call Tuesday morning from someone who is suppose to be the driver who says they cannot pick Up the car until Wednesday evening because that's what the order shows. I told him that was not the plan and I would not be in LA anymore and that the car has to be picked up that day because I cannot be there on that Wednesday. The driver JAKE FROM ERBO AUTO TRANSPORT told me he had only been in Cali for three days and that he needed his time off and that he was only getting the car because his boss is making him do it. So in other words he's going to pick it up when he gets good and ready. I call Danny immediately called three times no answer I send a txt and he responds immediately that he will see what happen and call me back. Wednesday I've landed in Atlanta call my grandmother it's 2pm her time she said no call from the driver and he had not picked up the car. I call Danny and he driver now the driver is saying he won't make it until 5-6pm ....so now my grandmother is incovinced the entire day waiting on this driver who has been in LA for three days. My grandmother calls me at 9pm at night they finally came and go the car smh. Danny tells me I cannot call him and ask him where my car is and that it will get there when it gets there. Danny is laughing constantly on the call he wasn't professional at all and really made the situation worse. After having to literally go off on Danny I finally ask for his manager or boss and then Danny is singing a different tone. He sends me a text with regrets and how he doesn't want to lose his job because he hasn't been getting much sleep because of his new born and that he didn't mean to keep laughing. I told him it's all good just make sure your boss calls me. The next day I received a call from "CARLOS" who is suppose to be Danny's boss but sounds just like Danny and I know for a fact that it is Danny and call it out immediately and he knows I know it's him. He denies it over and over again and says that he's going to have to fire Danny for this incident and I'm like Danny you're going to fire yourself stop it. At this point it's comical. So Carlos aka Danny tells me he's going to give me a $45 refund for my troubles and that he will make sure I get the money back via my bank account and that the driver will be here on Monday evening. The driver texts me and tells me he is not a pizza delivery... this was a horrible experience.
