They were very kind to not toss my 50$ parking pass that was on my windshield and another kind gentleman even added 3m tape to my dash camera mount they removed. For easy reinstalling. When they couldn't get it done, the owner tried to claim my sensors were bad and tried to charge me even more money to replace them. When I refused, he explicitly agreed to a $200 refund for the uncompleted work on Saturday, then promised it again on Monday by 1:00 PM. He has since ghosted my texts and ignored my Zelle refund requests. Be very careful paying this business upfront, they will try to upsell you when they can't deliver on services you already paid for.

Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys.

Found this shop through Yelp @ 1:00 am. And I was surprised to get a reply to my quote in about…read more10mints. Honestly I was not expecting an answer until later that morning, but man did that quick reply make me happy. All my Q&A were done with Juan V. There were no changes to the estimate he gave me, and I didn't try to bargain. So the price that was discussed stayed the same. Made all arrangements through Yelp messenger and later provided my phone number, so Victor could call me before and upon arrival. Let's give you guys so bullet points to narrow down my experience. *Service: 5/5 Victor was polite, nice and did not waste anytime. There was a little set back with the glass, and that delayed the set time of appointment, but he apologized (not that I was demanding or expecting one) and explained why. So make sure to give them a ring 30 mints or so before appointment to verify the time. He took about 30-35 mints to remove and install the new windshield. *Glass quality: I know nothing of glass to be completely honest. It looks like the old one minus the cracks, so it's good enough for me. *Tips: *¡PAY CASH! *Make sure you're not parked next to a tree. Both front doors need to open fully (Sorry Victor). After installation: You can drive your car. Don't remove tape until next day. Can't wash your car for 48 hrs. Change your windshield wipers to avoid scratches on your new, shiny windshield. DO NOT DRIVE BEHIND SEMIS ON FREWAY!!

We were ok with the price quoted then offended to find out the price quoted was a three installment price making it 3X the original price we had seen. We started looking around and found Option Auto Glass. All contact was quick and his price was more than half the price quoted by the large advertiser. His price included home install at no additional cost and Francisco was very friendly and efficient. Another bonus was that I have a transponder for the 91 expressway and he replaced the Velcro strips and attached the transponder to the new windshield. I have had many windshields replaced over the years because I traveled a lot in my working days. This is the first time that someone was thoughtful enough to replace the Velcro strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. I waited to write my review until I had a chance to run the car through the car wash. The seal on the window is solid. Option Auto Glass is my new go too for windshield replacements. Thanks Francisco.
