Strictly customer service. I called during the day and they told me to come at 2 PM to replace my window. Offered me an OK price of 220 for window replacement. I came they told me it would be 20 minutes more. I went at 20 minutes and they told me it be about 15 minutes more. They seem like they don't give a crap about your time. To the response below: no one said it would take 20 minutes to change the window, genius. I went in for an appointment and you guys were going to be about 40 minutes later. With no regard for time. This place is not fancy by any means but they get the job done. They are next to Pick A Part so if you need anything else for your car, Bingo!
