I've been coming here for years, and I decided to give a Yelp review after my last visit. The owner Sal is awesome plus he does great work he's bilingual if needed English and Spanish. For any windshield repairs, tint or anything else he is your guy, and he is consistent on his prices no need to go deep into San Bernardino to get a window tint job. An appointment can be made or just show up it usually takes about an hour very professional they take cash or credit it is a family owned business. If I can give them no star I would. Came to my house to install a new back window & when they were pulling into my house they hit our brick wall & knocked about 15-20 bricks. They insisted they would come back to fix it, it has been over a month now & they still haven't came back. The windshield wiper was installed back on incorrectly & that doesn't work either. I went with A1 auto glass to get my windows tinted on my new Subaru. This car is only 6 months old l. Brand new from the lot. First off the price was decent but it took them awhile, it was a Saturday, and the shop was about to close so I didn't do to good of a job inspecting my vehicle before leaving. When I got home I did inspect the vehicle closer, I noticed a lot of bad things, the windows for some reason had seals cut into and I noticed what appears to be hot glue or something similar on my cars interior. I know 100% that this glue was from their work, what I can't figure out is why they had that kind of adhesive in my vehicle to begin with. After all they should've just been doing a window tinting job. I really hope that nothing later comes about from this glue.. I called and talked to the owner and he tried saying they don't use glue like that(which I know came from their shop) but he did say if I brought the car back they would "repair" whatever was damaged. I wouldn't recommend this business and I definitely will not be going back to get anything repaired. read more

UPDATE: Came to get my windshields fixed and was told that A1 Auto Glass, in addition to the damage that was visible, also broke the clips on the sides and just glued them instead of changing them out after HE BROKE THEM!!!! Went and had my dads front windshield replaced on his Ford F-150. Everything was great he even waited at the shop until it was done. About 2 hours. They advised his vehicle was ready so he paid and walked out to his truck just to see that their mechanic/employee had broke his dashboard. Right above the radio. Cracked and broken right on the top middle of the dash. With broken plastic pieces still just sitting on the dash. He couldn't believe it. Advised the worker his dash was broken and was told his dash was brought in like that! My dad couldn't believe it. Just by looking at it you could tell it had just been broken with the loose plastic pieces still resting in the middle of the dash. Horrible. read more

They were very quick to get my windsheild done in about an hour. Only down fall was they had drained my battery while leaving my car on and they had to jump start my car. Since I left them I have been having issues with starting my car and my battery. I had asked the guy if he left my keys in the ignition and he told me no but then the kid right after said sorry for leaving your car on. I told the guy I wasn't mad because it is a mistake but to try and lie about leaving my car on. Just hope they don't completely drain my battery in my car and that my lights stop flickering. Got hit by a big rock on my way from home and the windshield on my 2008 Toyota Camry spider-webbed and the crack spread over a few days to cover half of my front windshield. I used these guys on a recommendation from a friend. They actually come to your house to fix your windshield. Not open on Sundays but I called early Monday morning. They actually picked up the phone before 8am. They said they could be at my house by 9am. They arrived right on time. Victor was fantastic. Fast, efficient, and yet thorough. His English was decent, more than enough to communicate clearly. It was the quoted price of $150 plus tax for my front windshield. They even take Amex. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. If I could give this place -10 stars I would. My dad went to get his 2021 Toyota Rav4 windshield replaced and they quoted him $250 cash payment or $300 with card payment. My dad explained that the windshield is connected to sensors regarding the reverse camera and the guy said no problem, the total would be $250. My dad goes to drop off the car and his girlfriend pays for the service and picks up the car with the new windshield. As she's driving off she gets an error message that the sensors need to be calibrated and it needs to go to the dealership. My dad goes back and tells the guy that the sensors are going off and the guy responds back with "well I told you that it would be an additional $200 to calibrate the sensors." The guy never mentioned the additional cost of calibrating the sensors. After going back and forth the guy agrees to do it for $100 and my dads goes to drop it off when he is told that the technician who can calibrate the sensors is there. When my dad goes back to pick up the car, the car still isn't calibrated because the technician wasn't there. Avoid coming here at all cost. You're better off asking a mechanic for recommendation than trying this bullshit ass place. read more

A1 class is located off of Valley right before Mount Vernon in the city of Colton I was recommended by a close family friend about this business. I had a small crack on my front shield from a pebble that fell out of a work truck. I thought to myself it was gonna be pretty expensive. But luckily having good connections and friends in the auto industry a friend of mine recommended a one class. Arriving at the establishment immediately I was approached by the gentleman who works there told him what the situation was and got to work right away. Not even half an hour not even maybe 20 minutes did I stay there and he was done. I could tell that the business gets pretty busy and for the most part does really good work by the amount of vehicles that were pulling in. They also do tinting aside from glass replacement for modification. When I checked and I was also offered a $40 coupon for any future work which I will keep in handy. Altogether instead of going through the insurance which would've cost me $500 in deductibles I spent two maybe three times less than that at A1 . I made sure to leave a good tip and definitely next time friend or family needs a glass replacement or for any of you that are reading I would definitely recommend A1 Glass read more

Called A1 on Tuesday 3/8/22 to get a quote on my windshield. The owner quoted me $165 installed for PGW brand glass. I called A1 on Wednesday 3/9/22 about 9am to hire them to replace my windshield. After a short convo, I gave them my info. The installer(Solomon) arrived with the windshield. I showed him the car and told him to call when complete. About 9:50, Solomon called and I went outside. He proceeded to show me that the window had a crack in it, after he installed it and needed to get another one. About 2 minutes after he left, I realized he installed a Mygrant glass and not a PGW. I called him back and told him that it needs to be PGW cause that what was agreed upon. About 1 1/2 hours later, he came back. When I went outside, he had the 1st glass out and I noticed all of the urethane all over the car. I told him that this was not acceptable and he said that he was going to clean it up. 15 minutes later I went outside and and he was cleaning it up, but just smearing it around, I was beyond upset at this point. He called me when it was done and I noticed he still didn't finish cleaning. He even had it on the VIN plate covering the numbers. He then called his boss and I told him that this was not acceptable and I was not happy. He assured me that it all was going to get cleaned. After 15 minutes wasted on my work time, I just told him to leave it and I will go to the shop when I got off work. I told his boss that I will get off work at 3pm and will be there about 10 minutes later. I arrived at the shop at 3:10 and the owner was no where to be found, he left when he knew I was coming. One of the other installers tried to finish cleaning, but did a poor job cleaning. I went home and spent 1 hour cleaning and was able to get about 95% of it. The installer also broke the drivers side side molding. I will be contacting the owner about these issues and will demand reimbursement for the damages and cleaning. The windshields the replaced were ok but a more expensive than all other independent shops. I had 2 windshields done and they totally screwed up BOTH rearview mirrors and didn't tell me. Both mirrors fell off. I had to fix them myself. And on the Chevy Silverado they broke the casing that holds the circuit board for the compass and temperature. Its not repairable. I will NOT go back there and warn everyone to go somewhere else. read more

They came out and put a new windshield in my vehical. A week later i noticed the rubber seal coming off so i called them back. They said they would be out around 9am i called at 10 she said she would call me back with time they were coming out. I called at 11 and she said they were 40 min. Away. I called at noon and a guy said they would be out in the afternoon. A woman called me back at 3pm and said the guy went home sick. They came out the next day fixed my window and covered a few spots with blue tape. Gave me thumbs up "its done" and left. When i took off the blue tape the next day i noticed the rubber was uneven and they chipped my paint. They had covered it with tape. I sent photos to the lady when I called her and told her what had happened. She said her manager would call me back. Its been 2 days and noone seems to care. I am very frustrated. Thank god my vehical is older or i would be freaking out about the chipped paint. As a single mom and woman I feel taken advantage of. They got their money and tried to hide their mistake perhaps thinking that i was too naive to notice. I am very unhappy with this company and their services. read more

They were very professional and it only took an hour. I highly recommend this place for window tints. This place doesn't look like much from the outside but the quality is great and the prices are fantastic. Great prices! I have a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer and to get all my windows done (except front) it cost $110. You get a five year warranty but you have to keep the recite. I would give it five stars however the warranty is only good for five years while other places offer lifetime and if you lose the receipt you lose the warranty. read more

Wow, I was pleased with the level of care they take when installing the film. They kicked me out of the general installation area so they could close the doors to keep the dust away. My 2007 328i looks fantastic (35% all around), total cost 120+tax. The place don't look like much and it is in the worst possible place (looks like it gets no business) but the place is moving...non-stop traffic of people. Had tint done here paid $80 for my 3 back windows, the tint started bubbling so I went back to get the tint fixed since I was told I had a 5 year warranty on the tint. When I got home from my tint being fixed I noticed the windows were worse than before, I called to complain and was told the tint was fixed out of courtesy and that there's no way I paid $80 for 3 windows when they charge $120 for 3 windows. The owner basically called me a liar saying I didn't have my 3 windows tinted with them and if I wanted the windows fixed the right way I needed to pay. This is ridiculous because I had my other vehicle tinted with them for $50 for 3 windows so that must mean if I have any issues with that tint than the warranty won't cover it since they will say the price I paid wasn't correct. Very disappointing will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!! read more
