Throughout the process, she was very flexible with my schedule as far as dropping off items for the frame. The final product was incredible. She even added her own touch to put highlights in the frame that make it pop. I just hung the frame today and the hanger system she provides is easy to install and makes leveling much easier and holds the frame solidly against the wall.
