I needed a glass door installed in my 1926 Home, and needed to custom fit a very custom area replacing an older poorly installed door without any damage to the deco tile in my bathroom. Alex M. was amazing to work with, he came in, told me exactly the cost (which was completely competitive and fair with other bids I had received for the job), how soon he could have it done, worked with me on an exact install time as I had to have someone home, texted me photos of the work during and after to approve digitally over text and left no dirt or residue when he completed the job. I'd absolutely hire AA Millennium Glass again.

I called and spoke with Erik and he was able to come out and assess the situation right away. He handled the repair himself and was able to devise an easy and practical manual lock solution for one of the windows that no longer locked on its own. His communication was fantastic. When you call, you're dealing with a real person--not an automated system or AI. If they don't answer, it's usually because they're in the middle of a job, and they'll get back to you. I also felt they were very honest. They specialize in window repairs and will actually try to fix something rather than immediately tell you it needs to be replaced. If it can be repaired, they'll explain what they can do and work with you. If it can't, they'll be upfront about that too. They also repair and replace window screens, which is a nice bonus. After that, they completely disappeared. Tony stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails. He took a large deposit and failed to deliver the agreed-upon services. Bottom line: HE STOLE MY MONEY.
