She has done a great job with lashes and that is why I would continue to go back. Today I was told there was a 50% rescheduling fee on last minute notices. I'm not in support of that. What is an emergency to me may not be an emergency to her. But I'm not driving fast to get to an appointment when I wasn't aware they had moved. So I have lost my lash tech.
