Very disappointed with Tower Imaging after many positive experiences. They actually did the wrong CAT Scan for my husband after confirming the specific test with me on the phone. I called and asked that they waive the next $175 copay since it was their fault, so we could have the needed CAT Scan. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and we can't afford another steep copay at this time. So upset with their lack of professionalism. read more

I had an extra done on 3/10/2026 and provided my insurance information . I received a bill. Dated 5/7/2026 that did not indicate my insurance was billed. I provided my insurance information again via on-line chat. I received a call today regarding my outstanding bill. I provided my insurance information again. This location is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed. I was needing a CT scan right away and they were able to squeeze me in under an urgent imaging order. Some insurance info, if your plan requires authorization, you'll have to pay a hefty deposit to get the scan before the clearance. It also depends on how your order is written, but if you get with contrast, you'll need to drink 2 cups of this stuff (forgot the name) and you'll get an IV of contrast for the scan. That's a wild feeling! I have issues with needles so the scan tech was very kind and worked with me when doing the IV. read more

Short wait to get in. Very nice staff and they made it as comfortable as they could. Very easy and fast to get report and disc of MRI.

Overall it was a good experience. The only bad thing is a week and half later I have a huge bruise from the iv not working the first time and it was hard to use that arm for days after. Once they switched to the other arm it went right in but after poking around on my right arm I think it blew a vein. But the staff was very apologetic and very very nice read more

MRI went smoothly, the tech was very kind and informative about each step. There was one issue, I asked the tech for a CD of the MRI just in case my physician did not receive it. She told me to wait outside 15 minutes. I waited 20 asked the receptionist she did not know anything about it. I told her I would return the following day, since I had another appointment. I returned the following day, no MRI anywhere she asked if I had informed the tech. No CD, had to wait again and finally received the CD. read more

I received a bill from Tower Imaging and paid for bill last Dec 1, 2025 using the pay website. I printed out the receipt for proof. On Feb 2026, my account was sent to collections stating that I never paid for the bill. I called Tower Imaging on Feb 13, 2026 and told them that I already paid for this account. They told me that I have to call the collection agency and give them the information. I called the collection agency and they asked me to email or fax them. The receipt which I did. I called the collection agency again on March 2 and they told me to fax the receipt again. Today, March 24, 2026, I called the collection agency again and they told me that Tower Imaging told them that they don't have a record of my payment. I told them I already faxed it to them and emailed it to them multiple times. The representative from the collection agency asked me to email the receipt to them again. I don't know what else to do. These people are giving me the runaround and I already paid for this last December 2025. I need to speak to a manager or supervisor from the billing department of Tower Imaging because they are the ones who sent me to collections when this account was already paid. I need this resolved ASAP. read more

Nice location, with a friendly staff. They're right next to Henry Mayo Hospital and they offer free parking only a few steps away. Just be sure to arrive early, you will be filling out paperwork. A first time visit for me, but my wife had also been referred here by Kaiser in the recent past as well. My procedure was quick and easy, taking only some10-15 minutes. I've had several Pet Scans at Tower Imaging and from front desk to imaging the staff could not be more professional and pleasant. The reason for the 4 stars is because I wish there was a way it was not necessary to fill out the same forms with the same answers for every visit. Petty but just a thought.
