STELLAR reviews past and present!! This place is great....I'll explain the missing 5th star in a bit. TYPE OF CARE: This was my second MRI of my shoulder in preparation for another surgery. CARE QUALITY: The technicians were awesome...explained everything, easy to follow, easy to talk to, and very professional. They asked multiple times if I was okay or needed anything while the procedure was going on, which I really appreciate.... OFFICE EXPERIENCE: The ladies up front were great, completely professional, very fast, friendly and thorough. Now this is what happened to the missing 5th star....that BS questionnaire has got to go!! "What sex do I currently identify as?", followed by a ton of creative choices, none of which are necessary for a shoulder MRI. "What do I prefer to be addressed as?", followed by more creative choices, some of which seem completely made up?, but I digress...Full disclosure, I'm a middle aged white man who identifies as exactly what I am. I could care less about what other people do in their bedrooms, or like to dress up like or feel like they are, I SUPPORT YOU....but don't force your opinion on me just as I don't force mine on you. I don't force you to do anything special for me, so don't think it's my responsibility to try to figure out what and how to address you when for example, all I see is a dude with stringy hair, wearing lipstick and thinking that's enough to convince me that I should understand and change my understanding I have no problem with you being you!! Fantastic service, well organized. Went in for a Fibroscan. Had a scheduled time was honored and I was called in the order I arrived and signed in. Been to other clinics where also had an appt. time, and I arrived early. However, others that had walked in up to 2 hours behind me were taken ahead of me. I had to walk out after speaking to the reception desk of their lack of professional services and disregard for patients scheduled times. read more

Definitely feel like a number. Not a lot of compassion. Just task oriented. And I'm sure a lot of people come in there nervous and afraid. They need better bed side manner. Getting the injection was the worst part. Didn't even try arm. Not a lot of gentleness in doing side of wrist and then had to do top of hand. Just they need some better treatment. This location is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed. I was needing a CT scan right away and they were able to squeeze me in under an urgent imaging order. Some insurance info, if your plan requires authorization, you'll have to pay a hefty deposit to get the scan before the clearance. It also depends on how your order is written, but if you get with contrast, you'll need to drink 2 cups of this stuff (forgot the name) and you'll get an IV of contrast for the scan. That's a wild feeling! I have issues with needles so the scan tech was very kind and worked with me when doing the IV. read more

Their front of office staff does their best but I had a huge issue making an appointment with them.. couldn't confirm the appt until I walked in The door. Easy to find, building f. Overall it was a good experience. The only bad thing is a week and half later I have a huge bruise from the iv not working the first time and it was hard to use that arm for days after. Once they switched to the other arm it went right in but after poking around on my right arm I think it blew a vein. But the staff was very apologetic and very very nice read more

Very disappointed with Tower Imaging after many positive experiences. They actually did the wrong CAT Scan for my husband after confirming the specific test with me on the phone. I called and asked that they waive the next $175 copay since it was their fault, so we could have the needed CAT Scan. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and we can't afford another steep copay at this time. So upset with their lack of professionalism. read more

Nice location, with a friendly staff. They're right next to Henry Mayo Hospital and they offer free parking only a few steps away. Just be sure to arrive early, you will be filling out paperwork. A first time visit for me, but my wife had also been referred here by Kaiser in the recent past as well. My procedure was quick and easy, taking only some10-15 minutes. I've had several Pet Scans at Tower Imaging and from front desk to imaging the staff could not be more professional and pleasant. The reason for the 4 stars is because I wish there was a way it was not necessary to fill out the same forms with the same answers for every visit. Petty but just a thought. Short wait to get in. Very nice staff and they made it as comfortable as they could. Very easy and fast to get report and disc of MRI.

I received a bill from Tower Imaging and paid for bill last Dec 1, 2025 using the pay website. I printed out the receipt for proof. On Feb 2026, my account was sent to collections stating that I never paid for the bill. I called Tower Imaging on Feb 13, 2026 and told them that I already paid for this account. They told me that I have to call the collection agency and give them the information. I called the collection agency and they asked me to email or fax them. The receipt which I did. I called the collection agency again on March 2 and they told me to fax the receipt again. Today, March 24, 2026, I called the collection agency again and they told me that Tower Imaging told them that they don't have a record of my payment. I told them I already faxed it to them and emailed it to them multiple times. The representative from the collection agency asked me to email the receipt to them again. I don't know what else to do. These people are giving me the runaround and I already paid for this last December 2025. I need to speak to a manager or supervisor from the billing department of Tower Imaging because they are the ones who sent me to collections when this account was already paid. I need this resolved ASAP. read more

MRI went smoothly, the tech was very kind and informative about each step. There was one issue, I asked the tech for a CD of the MRI just in case my physician did not receive it. She told me to wait outside 15 minutes. I waited 20 asked the receptionist she did not know anything about it. I told her I would return the following day, since I had another appointment. I returned the following day, no MRI anywhere she asked if I had informed the tech. No CD, had to wait again and finally received the CD. read more

I was sent to Tower Imaging for a pre-op chest Xray. This is a walk in service, no appointment needed. The staff was welcoming as I entered and checked me in right away. I completed the necessary forms and waited to be called. Once called, I was greeted by the tech and taken back for Xray. Then tech explained the process, was professional and thorough.
