I've been coming here since 2012 for IPL and now also Botox. I cannot say enough great things about my experiences here- most notably, how wonderful Gracie is! She does my IPL and is extremely friendly, professional, and good at her craft. We quickly got to the point of chatting as if we were old friends during my sessions- love her!! When you can laugh about dating woes while someone's lasering your lady parts, you've found a great esthetician!! She is very knowledgeable and accommodating, as well. The new machine for IPL they have (Alma Laser's Soprano Ice) is incredibly more efficient than the other machines I've used in the past, which Gracie promised me would be the case- so happy with just two treatments I've had with it! I've had a few Botox treatments from Lauren and have been incredibly pleased with the results and Lauren's bedside manner and care. I have recommended this place to many friends, one of whom now sees Gracie and is very happy as well. Front office staff can sometimes come across as rude (definitely not as much as in the past) but with three+ years of regular visits, my overall level of satisfaction from my visits and results = 5 stars! read more

I'm increasingly disappointed with the staff. Each of the three times that I have ordered my meds, the staff never called me to tell me when they had arrived for pickup. Whenever I call them, the receptionist always seems confused and doesn't seem be able to use a computer to check on the status of my prescription, but instead has to track someone else down to figure it out. During my last visit, the Nurse Practitioner didn't know about a well advertised side effect of my drug as well as an important storage requirement of that drug. I'd give zero stars if I could. This place is shady! They owe me almost $1800 in refunds that the CEO has promised me for 4 weeks and it hasn't happened after weekly phone calls, so obviously I'm being lied to. They didn't tell me my laser hair technician quit, so I had some random girl do it (Linzi) and she burned my vagina. I had my doctor examine the burns, write a doctor's note and a topical prescription. I met with Melanie, the spa manager, and the girl who burned me, and Melanie was so condescending to me and asked me to drop my pants in front of everyone to see the burns on my private areas. I refused and told them I'm uncomfortable with that, and handed her the doctors note. She acted like it wasn't good enough and asked to see pictures of my vagina. I again refused. Melanie also violated HIPAA laws by calling my doctor TWICE asking for more information about my visit WITHOUT my medical consent. I was very nice to everyone and clearly conveyed that I didn't want any trouble and all I wanted was my money back on the unused packages I bought. I would stay far, far away from this place. They treated me terribly and I had been going there for almost 4 years until both my injector and laser hair technician left. I will be reporting this business to the BBB if I don't receive the refund they promised me by the end of the week. read more

I just completed my first 6 sessions of laser hair removal with Christen Summers- she was AMAZING! Very thorough and informative about the process. I LOVE the laser they use here which is SO important and Christen is extremely professional, such a doll and makes you feel very comfortable! I recently had the PRP Microneedling treatment aka "vampire facial" to help my Melasma and pigmentation/ sun damage. It was totally pain free and Christen did the best job ever. My redness went away in 24 hours! Christen S was very meticulous and post 24 hours I saw results. I will for sure go back to Christen for another session of microneedling with PRP in about 5 weeks. Felt the need to warn other potential clients before they come here. I haven't been back here since before quarantine but I have two sisters, my mother and my ex-mother in law and ex-sister in law that I have all referred to Total Med Dallas. My sister recently came in and shared a horrible experience with me so I felt the need to share. My experience was pleasant for a couple of months, every time I came in a young light brown haired girl greeted me, always very polite, helpful and even remembered all of my family members who came in. The first time I came in I believe I saw Melanie before my appointment and she seemed to be a little to opinionated-even for a Nurse. I could tell what her beliefs were by the way she reacted to my answers. No I'm not married, yes I'm sexually active- big deal. I was wildly uncomfortable. Then I saw the esthetician don't remember her name, something I've never heard before, no red flags at first, but I was asking a lot of questions which I didn't think was a big deal but apparently it was since I overheard her talking behind my back to another older Hispanic woman that worked at the front desk as well. And they were laughing! What is this, high school? I am almost 40 I don't need that. Young lady at checkout with black long hair and super cute nails was always so nice. Made me feel a little better about the whole experience. My sister came back a little while ago and none of our family or friends will be coming back. Older medical assistant is completely inattentive and R-U-D-E. She informed me that both the check in and check out girl we liked are gone (good for them) and the new front desk girl was on her phone and chatting with the MA's that my sister sees every time she comes in for a shot. Didn't even greet her. The turnover at this joint is crazy. Seems like they don't care to keep the ones who are actually doing a good job. My family and I will not be back. read more

Coming all the way from Houston, Texas my best friend and I decided to give total med solutions a try. Today we got our lips filled by Lauren and she was amazing! I used one syringe of Juvederm which was on sale for $389 (awesome price) this was my first time getting fillers and I have pretty small lips so I was surprised that she was able to give me that much volume while still maintaining a natural look. As a follow up to my previous negative review for the Plano location of Total Med Solutions. I wrote a letter to the President and Owner, George Thompson at 5pm on a Thursday evening, He personally called me before 9am the next day (Friday). George was personable and apologetic once I shared what happened in his office the day I tried to use his business. He asked me to consider coming back and trying a different service of which I did. Today I visited the Plano location again, it was a very pleasant experience. Mark Zerrudo was the RN, BSN I met with. He was awesome! He's knowledgeable and really knows how to look at your face and make the best suggestions to help with the aging process. After having a great experience today, I will return as a regular customer to Total Med Solutions. Watch out if you are a Hispanic client purchasing an IPL from Total Med Solutions! They might not perform the session due to your skin tone. I purchased multiple IPL sessions from Groupon. Although I had sessions at TMS previously, this time I was notified that depending on my skin tone they may or may not perform an IPL treatment. The technician classified me as having a borderline skin tone - the lightest of the Hispanic or olive tone coloring. She did not feel comfortable performing the treatment because she claimed my skin might become striped at different places. This is after I drove all the way out from Plano to Dallas for the appointment. They should tell you this in their ads and provide a skin color charts for clients to gauge if they are light enough to receive IPL at their locations. Afterwards I called a dermatologist. Their staff said they regularly treat people of all ethnic groups without complications. read more
