I had no problem scheduling an appointment. The front desk staff was welcoming and clear on what they needed from me! The prices are great. They offer the same voucher prices and you can buy one every 90 days, I think so you will continue to get the promo price. That said...a tip would be to just purchase them from their own website. I had little to no wait. They were very efficient. I got the 50 u of dysport. My treating nurse was clear on the treatment, encouraging, and gave clear directions for after treatment. Linzi is the best!! I started my laser hair removal here about a year ago and I am so happy with the results. It's not the most comfortable thing to get done in general just due to the nature of laser hair removal, but Linzi worked so well with me and talked me through things. I Do not recommend. Botox Solution is not good quality. It took 2 weeks to see a little result but it was gone 4 weeks after. It is the worse consult I've had, and I did twice the amount I normally take because that was recommended. DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

I called this morning since Southlake has only certain days now to get lipid shots and vitamin B . I was validating the days they were giving shots and their lunch time. I was told 12:00-1:00 for lunch. So I get here at 1:15 and the door was locked. Their lunch hour is 1:00-1:30. Beyond this I found out that a nurse should be there every day and there isn't one and hasn't been one for some time. After this round of shots I will find another place to go. read more

I've been coming to Total Med Solutions for laser hair removal and it has been fantastic. The only downside I personally had was that they do typical office hours so if you work from 8 AM to 5 PM you may need to figure out times to pop in during lunch. Alexa was the main individual who did my laser hair removal and she's been wonderful. Every time she worked on me, she was super sweet, courteous and kind. The front desk girls were also super friendly and even though I called all the time to schedule appointments and reschedule, they were usually always able to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend popping into Total Med Solutions and definitely get zapped by Alexa - definitely worth it! read more

I have tried several laser hair treatment facilities in Dallas and like this one best so far. I'm giving four stars because my review is mostly for Gracie. The facility is clean, nice, looks like quality equipment, etc as one would expect. Gracie makes it a step above. Someone with her upbeat personality can make you feel comfortable no matter what (and you know what) they're working on. She also doesn't let being friendly distract her from the quality of her work. She is very good at what she does, in this case, remembering or seeing the lines/edges she created from the previous hair removal visit. Professional visits are always more fun if you look forward to seeing someone you know and feel confident that they will do a great job every time! read more

We've been doing Juvederm In my cheeks and lips and Botox in my for head for several years now. She's a professional perfectionist that is patient to listen to my desires and slow to carefully apply the product. I love her method of using lots of tiny little sticks instead of plastic surgeons that have hurt me in the past by overfilling minimal sticks and trying to massage it around which is very painful and causes bruising. I almost never bruise because of her technique. If I do baby bruise it's tiny and very minimal and heals quickly. Not only is she the only injecting nurse I want touching me but she's also the only one I want touching my clients from my non medical Esthetics business. I originally found Total Med Solutions through a Groupon deal. I purchased a four-week weight-loss program that included a full lab work-up, EKG, body composition analysis, and four lipotropics (B6/B12/amino acids) injections. After my first appointment, I also found out that I would be getting a prescription for Phentermine, too. Most of the staff there is very friendly, and the follow up appointments are super quick (I only spend about 10 minutes in their office each week--I do a weigh-in/body composition analysis and lipotropics shot every Wednesday). I ended up extending my package for another four weeks (which they offered at the office for a ridiculously low price!), and then bought another 8 lipotropics injections through Groupon. This is my first time doing medically-assisted weight loss, but I've absolutely loved it! I've lost 23 pounds since March 1st, and Total Med Solutions has kept me energized and motivated! I came here after buying a Groupon for Botox. The Groupon was actually a good deal for 25 units. Make sure that you bring a form of ID as you will need it. The Botox experience itself with Lauren was super. She is professional and knowledgeable. The front office staff are also friendly and welcoming. The reason for two stars is everything leading up to the time of receiving the treatment. The person with whom I spoke when making an appointment was less than friendly. When I asked her name due to her rude demeanor she actually lied and said it was Maria. The waiting room could use a good thorough cleaning and polishing. I arrived at 11:00 am and there was trash on the carpet in a couple of spots. The walls are dirty and the front desk is cluttered. Just not a really clean atmosphere. First impressions are lasting impressions. read more

I had a pretty good experience with two services including microderm and B6/B12 lipotropic injections (I have done six and purchased more). I also plan for a return next month for an IPL photofacial. The staff has been helpful and easy to work with each time. They were also able to get me in same day for the microderm. Each person has been friendly and competent. The esthetician performing the microderm seemed very capable and experienced. On one occasion, I got to meet the nurse practitioner while getting my B6/B12 shot and it was great to know they have a NP on staff. Parking is great. Office is nice, comfortable and professional. She asked me what outcome I wanted and then made suggestions that gave me a natural look and took care of my problem areas. I have received Botox injections twice over the past year at Total Med Solutions Dallas location. The Nurse Practitioner (Victoria) that performs the injections is great! She actually listens to what you want and tells you what you can and can't expect from the treatment. I have also noticed that the Botox treatments that I have received from Victoria seem to last longer than some I have received in the past. Pros: Able to go longer between Botox treatments. Victoria is knowledgeable and friendly. They are respectful of your time and don't leave you in the waiting room forever; but also don't rush you through your appointment. Had my first experience with laser hair removal and LOVE IT!!! They have the Alma Soprano Ice laser which causes little pain. You sometimes feel little snaps or what feels like someone pulling on one of your hairs, but totally bearable and so so worth it! Gracie is FABULOUS!!!
