This review is for the Total Men's Primary Care Covid-19 testing facility (which women can come to as well). It was extremely easy and I would definitely recommend. I was able to book a day-of appointment online. Upon arrival, the clinic was very clean and the actual testing was quick and efficient. I was in the clinic a total of maybe five minutes. Setup a new GP as my last Dr retired. Went here for an annual physical at 2:30p. They ask if I fasted, I said "no, I was not told to fast". I had to come back on a Saturday for blood work. No problem, right? Then the nurse opens with you need a to give a urine sample. Well I wasn't told that so I went to the bathroom when I woke up. As for the Dr. comes in no more than 10 min. After I said I have had some GI issues he said " there was nothing he could do" not let me write a script to a GI doctor. I will be changing primary care immediately. Update - since this post the manager has reached out and apologized for experience on 4/24/26. That was it, asked if I would reschedule which I informed I would not . 5/6/26 - 2nd call from manager, not about my experience, about my review asking if I'd update and upgrade my review. The worst medical practice I've ever walked into. Staff is rude and doesn't know how to operate their own systems. Office is dirty; dead bugs in the corner and dust on every surface. Finally, after scheduling blood work, they lied about the pricing AND double billed me. Note: this review is specific to Total Men's Primary Care COVID-19 testing capabilities. I have not used them for any other services outside of their rapid testing service. Overall: a completely Seamless experience in the several times I've been here for a rapid test. You can book online, they have several slots, and the check in process is smooth. After you check in you wait in a small room for a few minutes and they'll call you into an office to do your nose swab. After they complete your swab you wait in your car for 15 minutes and they can either text you the results or hand you a note. Facility is always clean and the staff is professional. I was able to do a walk-in with ease as well (just showed up very early) so even if slots are booked you should be able to make it work! read more

I went there for a routine annual check up. But I felt like all they wanted to do is sell me Testosterone. They kept pushing it. And pushing it. They were going to do blood test but couldn't even get my vein. Horrible place. It's a testosterone cash cow. They literally just took my blood pressure and check my pulse. And I had to pay a cow pay for what?! They literally did nothing. They don't care about men's health they just want money from men by pushing testosterone. Never going back. Literally did nothing. A waste of time and money. Go to a real family practice doctor. read more

Went in for a yearly physical and to inquire about another issue I've been having. They told me they couldn't do both things in the same visit because of "insurance." I decided to address the issue and they asked some questions about it, looked at it for about 20 seconds, and declared a recommendation for a specialist to be the next step. No suggestions, no ideas, no treatment at all. And, no physical. Two weeks later and still no recommendation, no follow up, they haven't even contacted my insurance. They did literally nothing. It was easy to make an appointment online for a same day test and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet too. The PA (Craig Whitney) that I saw was knowledgeable, friendly, listened and was willing to adjust the initial plan to my specific requests. The clinician (Stephanie) that brought me back, and took my vitals, and inevitably drew my blood was very skilled in phlebotomy. Went in to get my Covid titer. The tech who did my test initially came in with a swab- I told her I wasn't here for the swab that I needed the titer so she left to go get the correct supplies. When she came back she did not say a single word to me, grabbed my index finger and poked the center, took the sample, and left saying she would be back with the results. My roommate had a way better experience at the one on William Cannon so I will try that one. Definitely not going back to the Southpark location, it's not welcoming and there is a lack of communication and technique. read more

I've been a patient for about 5 months. My prescription ran out and I needed it refilled. Cindy at the front desk told me on 3 separate phone calls over the past 3 weeks that she or someone else would get back with me to have it authorized for refill. I have yet to hear from anyone at their office or from my doctor. Each time I call she acts as if it's the first time we have spoken. It's companies like this and people like Cindy that have driven healthcare costs through the ceiling. Con-artists! I came here to get a rapid covid test and the experience was great. They have an easy to use scheduling system online so making the appointment was easy. It's right off the 35 so it's easy to find (just make sure to get to right really quick after getting off). The staff at the front desk was really nice and helped me promptly and directed me to a nice little waiting room that was stocked with snacks. Even though I got there a little early I didn't have to wait long at all (maybe 2-3 mins). After that I got the test (the technician explained everything well and it didn't hurt at all) then I waited in my car 20minutes until the results were ready. They will not bother to even look at the chart to see what your visit is for or what they saw you for even seven days earlier. I came in for a COVID rapid test (women are welcome!) and had a very pleasant experience. I made my appointment online the day before and filled out all of my insurance and personal information in before getting to the clinic. Upon arriving, check-in was very quick and efficient and my boyfriend and I were both out within 15 minutes of getting there. The staff members were welcoming and the COVID test itself was easier than others I've had in that they DON'T jam the q-tip way up into your brain. Very gentle and easy process. They're ridiculous!!! I clearly stated a day before that I wanted to do a physical exam and a sick visit at the same time. And due to their money grabbing techniques they refused to see me in the same visit for a preventive physical exam and my illness. I got a call 1 hour before exactly to inform me that I won't be able to be seen by the doctor for both reasons and that they needed to split up the visits. WHAT?!?!?! This is just a money grabbing technique from billing department. I recommend you to go see a family practice clinic that actually wants to make you feel better, instead of just wanting your money. read more

Mr. Craig Whitney was patient, understanding, and non-judgemental as I explained my concerns and what I'd been through the last few years. As a professional in health care I strive to provide my patients the best bedside manner possible. Mr. Whitney's bedside manner was TOP NOTCH. As I new patient it was nice to be seen within minutes of my arrival. Logging in was SUPER easy. The office is super clean and snacks and water were complimentary. I made my appointment online was was also VERY easy. My labs came back within 2 business days! TMPC is always top notch. I've been going for 2 years and the staff is consistent, polite, helpful and straight and to the point. All though I love moms and children, it's very nice going into this clinic where I'm usually one of 2 or 3other guys being seen.
