Just dropped this clinic because of the WORST office staff EVER! Dr. Johari is a good doctor, but…read moreshe has the absolutely WORSE office staff I have seen in my 50+ years. Set an appointment for a Dr. visit and a possible x-ray from an injury that "might" be work related. This was something for the doctor to determine as there were several variables. Once the nurse heard the word "JOB", she cancelled my appointment. I never got to finish why it might be job related or might not be, as I was at work with my boss in front of me. Called the next day (as they close before I got off work) and was told the nurse was with a patient and she would call back. I stated, I wanted to reinstate my appointment this afternoon and that it was cancelled wrongly. 3 1/2 hours past with no return call. I called back and cancelled a future appointment for a checkup that was over 2 months away (soonest possible date). Less than 5 minutes later, a manager called me to ask why I was cancelling my appointment. That confirmed my opinion that this office is more worried about counting their $$ than helping patients. Over 3 1/2 hours and still counting for a patients health concerns vs. under 5 minutes after cancelling an appointment. My wife left years ago for the same problems. The manager stated that we don't call patients back until the end of the day and that was policy. My wife found that they just don't call patients back unless it was over billing. No wonder so many are demanding free health care. They must all have visited this clinic! All kidding aside, in my opinion, their action proved to me that patients are here to serve the clinic, not the other way around. $$ over patients = Goodbye! Hope all that bean counting over caring for your patients serve you well. I won't be one of them.

They booked me out a few months. Most doctors seem to be pretty busy. However, they were able to get me a sooner appointment when I asked of there was something earlier. The appointment went well. They said they couldn't switch them it's not allowed. Not allowed when both parties are there giving consent? This costs then our business and we'll be sure to advise others not to bother with their office.

There's also no point of a questionnaire asking if we would like the dr to pray with us when she just storms out. The desk people didn't even want to reschedule. Dr. Liu didn't even want to check my symptoms. I made her check my bloodwork so it won't be a waste of a visit. Even though i vomited and had stomach pains. And they didnt contact back about the results until a week later when the results been out online. Told me i have to come in asap for slightly off number by one or two without telling me the risk of the off number. I have to set another appt for her to explain? Hah. Seems like they care more about gathering money per visit than their actual patients. Not everybody have insurance covering everything. It gets costly. I can't afford appt just for her to recommend people or talk about which number is one number over. Would i come back? No thanks. During visit she also told me she will prescribe me meds and if I want refills just call in. But when I needed refills and called in she refused to give refills and wanted me to come in for her to write it herself.

Terrible doctors office with abhorrent service and useless hours. The posted hours are until 5 yet…read morethe doctors leave by 1pm so what's the point? If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood.
