Well, I got my cushions back a little later then expected but it was well worth the wait! It's no surprise why they are so busy! I'm blown away!!! I rarely leave reviews but I have to let people know how awesome this place is. I brought in some cushions from an expensive but 4 year old couch my wife loves. Unfortunately while we were away on vacation our dogs were not let out by their caretaker and they ended up urinating on the couch cushions which didn't get noticed till the next day when they were already soaked through. I brought the cushions in to see if they could remake them since I was able to take the covers off and give them a very thorough wash. Hunter the owner looked at the cushions and told me they would cut the cushions open, if they could save the foam inside they could save me a lot of money. Thankfully the down feather padding surrounding the foam soaked up most the urine and the team at Vegas upholstery steam cleaned the foam to save it and in the process save me a bunch of money. They remade the cloth and padding that covers the foam and I just got them back and they look and feel better than new!!! The cushions feel better and more comfortable then when we originally bought the couch. I left the covers with Vegas upholstery so they could size the cushions correctly and I think they steamed cleaned the covers too because my cushions haven't looked this nice since when we first got the couch. Anyways i'm beyond thrilled with the quality of their work, even though I got my cushions back a little later then they had promised, amazing quality work like this takes time. They went above and beyond and even made a special delivery to my house because I was not able to pick them up on the day they were ready. When it's time to get my wife's favorite couch reupholstered I know exactly where i'm going. In fact this is the only place I will ever go in the future with my furniture needs. The pricing was super reasonable, Hunter, the owner was super knowledgeable up front and honest and actually was looking for ways to help save me money. The piece came back looking decent, but a few small finishing details seemed rushed. It also took longer than I was told, and I wasn't updated much during the delay. Have to start off by saying I was a little skeptical of the 5 star rating. After experiencing the work, professionalism and timely manner that my project was completed, I completely understand why. My sofa of 10 years was in need of some new cushions or I should say new stuffing in the couhions. They had some spring that were starting to come through the bottom and were very unconformable. Instead of buying whole new set. We decided to see if we could get them re stuffed. There are a few places in town. But Vegas Upholstery was the only place with a 5 star rating.
