I decided to reupholster a 30 year old office chair because it was basically a comfortable chair but it was in sad shape. The result was fantastic. This place is fast and really good at what they do. I wanted larger buttons on the back and they custom made them for me from wood then covered them in the new fabric. I looked at lots of places on Yelp and I got several quotes. We wanted to have our couch reupholstered because we just loved our couch too much to replace but it was totally beaten up. We have a large sectional and wanted it to look basically the same but with better quality material. Their place had so many options to choose from and Michelle was very accommodating with us. Coronado's provides service based on hard work, integrity and honesty. These qualities are very rare in today's society. However, the main reason I wanted to write my own review was to talk about how compassionate, understanding and caring the owners of this company are. My father was in a near fatal car accident at the same time my husband brought his car in to have his car seats reupholstered. The owners were more than understanding and patient and worked around our scheduling conflicts. I needed to replace the convertible top on my mustang. I bought the top from a specialty company. The customer service to make the appt, get an estimate, and later pick up the car was excellent. I dropped my car off on a Friday pm and picked up the next Monday am. The top works perfectly. I did have to wait a week or two (can't remember) for it to cure. I couldn't wait til I could take the top down. Now I can really enjoy my car. It's been in the rain and the sealing has been tight. SUPER happy with Coronado's upholstery! I love my old dining set but it was getting a little old and tattered and my upholstery was shot. I debated tossing out the whole thing and buying a new dining set but that would be thousands of dollars. I have used them to cover 4 chairs at this point. Two were family heirlooms, and the other two were vintage chairs I found to match my dining set. Both sets of chairs were done quickly. I believe that the before and after pictures definitely speak for themselves. It's absolutely incredible work. The only problem is that the photos do not show the best part of the job. Sitting in the seat is actually comfortable now. I did not realize how bad the foam was until it was repaired. There is support now, which I don't remember there ever being. Now I will get to the part of why they deserve 10 stars. There was some very minor damage that, at the last min, like an a**hole, I had asked about getting fixed also. They told me that it may be difficult to match the existing leather, especially since it is 10 years old. 10 years of the Vegas sun. I told them I trusted their judgment and that if they could find something that matched, to please repair it. They called later to tell me that, unfortunately, they were not able to find anything that would be a close enough match. So aside from it being unbelievable that a company in Vegas doesn't just want to take as much money as possible from you, they actually recommended another company which they thought could take care of the issue. Now, if that is not honest, I'm not sure what would be. I can not recommend them enough. I am actually thinking about damaging another section of my seat, just to be able to take it back again!
