We had our patio couch cushion foam replaced because the old foam was getting saggy. Our u-shaped couch has 3 thick and large cushions and is a very expensive set. We asked Nancy to use firmer foam when replacing our foam. We brought the cushions in a few days before the Memorial Weekend holiday and they had it ready by Wednesday after the holiday! FIND ANOTHER VENDOR. We purchased a repair job for 2 of our sling chairs 9 months ago for $325. Both seats are now torn. I returned them to US Patio Repair for replacement. They said "they'd have to redo the coverings" and charged us $150. They said maybe someone "heavy" sat in them. I weigh 185 lbs and my wife 112 lbs, and we rarely sit in them as they sit in our front patio area. We paid their fee but felt outraged since the materials should have lasted at least 10 years. They also required a cash payment instead of how normal businesses work with checks or credit/debit cards. I guess they don't want to pay income taxes to support our community? We suggest you find a better company to do your work and check their warranty service conditions. They also now have a new address at 3370 W Pinks Pl #E, Las Vegas, in Chinatown, a 20-minute further drive for us than from their previous location. We won't use them again. read more

My sauna cover and 18 year old Agio patio furniture was in absolute terrible shape. I looked into replacing the patio furniture and found that it was going to cost about $3,500 to replace it with comparable quality. As a lower cost alternative, I decided to try to refurbish my existing furniture. I replaced the worn spindles, plastic caps and fiber boards. I also refinished the teak wood arm rests and accent pieces using lindseed oil and marine quality spar varnish with UV protection. Naturally, I also needed to replace all the chair sling material. Fortunately, I discovered U.S. Patio Repair. I visited their workshop and was so very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work, I decided to also have them fabricate a new sauna cover. U.S. Patio Repair sent Eric and Shawn to my home to pick up the chairs and to measure my sauna. These guys were great! They offered excellent suggestions! 10 days later, they delivered my furniture and sauna cover. Everything was better than new! (apparently, sling fabrics have evolved significantly in the past 18 years). The sauna cover fit perfectly and the color even closely matched my pool decking. The total expense was about 25% of the cost of buying new furniture. I sincerely couldn't be more pleased with the results! read more

I had two chaise lounges that needed to have new fabric installed. I bought my own Sunbrella fabric via Amazon and brought it in. They installed that on both chairs (each chair was two pieces). I initially tried to DIY it, but there is an art to stretching and installing the spline which I clearly was not up to. They did a great job at a fair price. read more

Although the resling part seems to be decent (probably would have given 4 starts for this alone) they damaged the metal frame of the chairs in the process. They told me 10-15 days to get the chairs back. It was clear they rushed right through without taking any care of my property. They were calling to redeliver the chairs 2 days after they picked them up. Had store just taken ownership and acknowledged what they did, I might have overlooked it. But they didn't own it.
