This is one of the worst gyms I've ever been a part of but not due to the facilities, but due to the fact that they will take your money and there is nothing you can do about it. It was a sure sign I wasn't in as good of shape as anticipated. These guys discuss your goals and such just like any good trainer would do. But they truly customize a plan for your to follow through with those goals. Having a smaller facility than some huge gyms allows a bit more personal feel, even in group settings. I started in July 2014 and have had some of the best results in 4 months ever. Again, I won't be competing in the Arnold Classic, but if that was the goal, these guys would get it together for me. The reason for the lower rating is that for all the years I have been a member, there are but a handful of, actual, friendly staff members.
