You also owed subcontractors money who tried to put a lien on my home. You also were arrested in the middle of doing my work so we had to stop for a couple of weeks. This contractor completely flaked on me. I spoke to Rico and set up an appointment for Thursday 9:30-10 AM.... Come Thursday, nobody shows up. When I tried contacting them about no-show, they did not answer phone calls or return text messages (which they had been using to communicate with me prior to Thursday). I wish I had something good to say about this company. However, they simply were not reliable. read more

Ricco Latson- watch out for him especially if your a single women..First of all his company is admin dissolved and has been for three years now, I just found out. This man was supposed to complete a job in 7 days, turned out to be three weeks. He constantly hit on me and would text me inappropriately. He offered free work (as an approach to win me over to date him), and when he finally got the picture that it was no way happening because I'm already taken, he started to do really horrible work. I constantly had to ask him to do work over and over until he did the job right. He then started to complain about how he has lost money doing my $3200 job and that he has spent $600 of his own money. Then he started making statements like lesson learned. He then started complaining even more and started asking me to pay some of his money to pay his so called helpers who didn't know how to do any work. He again stated, "I need ana advance because I can't keep spending my money." He left paint on my garage floor., damaged flooring, scratched appliances..He damaged one of my custom made shades from Hunter Douglas and was supposed to replace it. He drafted a handwritten contract as a promise to pay for the shades and did not adhere to the contract. First he tried to take the shade to some place to get it fixed, turns out that place was just as shady as he was. Instead of matching the material, that company turned the shade upside down as if I wouldn't notice the black splatter, from Ricco's work. I then let Ricco know and supposedly he got his money back.. When I went to HD where I originally purchased the shade, Ricco stated "look I'm trying to save as much money as possible" and then wanted me to contact another company. Well I did try the other company to no avail. I proceeded with HD and informed him of the date and time of the consult which he agreed to. On that date I contacted him during the consult to ask about installation and he has yet to return my calls or respond to any of my text. Needless to say I have to pay the $650 total to replace my Shade. Oh yeah I discovered beer bottles left around and he was admittedly high once when doing the work near the end of the day of one of the days he was working. There is so much more to tell but this should be enough to caution you to use this man at your own risk. read more

Rico helped me with a water leak issue in my condo rental property. He did plumbing work, installed new drywall and painted. He was easy to work with and coordinated with me and my tenant to schedule a walk through consultation. He was honest and upfront. It's hard to find reliable contractors who will give you fair prices and do quality work. (Especially when you are working from across the country). There was a plumbing issue that came up about a week after the job was completed and Rico came out and took care of that too. I'd definitely recommend this company and will call him for jobs of all sizes moving forward. Professional, fair, and does a good job. read more

We had a miscommunication about how the door bolt should be installed, and he came back a week later to complete the job and even offered to do it for free.
