I call and they said they were checked in earlier in the day. So I say I'm on my way and that my drive there is going to be an hour and a half. Instead of telling me not to waste my time and come the next day the individual on the phone tells me he'll put a note that I'm coming. He said we close at 5pm but google says 5:30pm. He said yeah 5pm for fittings and 5:30pm we won't be able to do fittings but you can still come pick up. Regardless I just drove an hour and half to a closed store. Thanks for wasting my time.

Dr. Law was so detailed in checking to make sure the glasses I bought were comfortable and within my budget, and worked hard with the lens maker to make sure the fit was perfect. I also have dry eyes so she went out of her way to help me find both the most comfortable contact lenses for my eyes, AND practical treatment path that I would actually do after leaving her office.
