They didn't withdraw federal tax for the entire school for a whole year. Because automatic deposit the staff didn't notice until tax time. Massimo has always been an utmost professional - he has listened to all of my concerns, always offering honest and helpful advice. There was even a follow up bill related to the same issue mentioned before, and Massimo was able to spot an error the IRS made, cutting our amount owed in half!
