They are located on the lower level of the Asian Garden Mall also known to the local Vietnamese as Phuoc Loc Tho. They have accessories for Apple products as well as Samsung products. They have a huge selection of cases, cords, and screen protectors. They're even able to make custom cases with logos and photos. I've yet to have one made myself, but I've seen their work and it's pretty darn rad. My dad has and IPhone X, which is an older model and cases for it are not the easiest to find anymore because of age. Mobile Maxx makes it super easy to find cases, cords, and accessories for past models. The reason I frequent there is I'm clumsy, and not always the most careful so often times you can bet that I have a scratched or cracked screen protector. They have a screen protector plan that is $30 for the initial payment and they will replace any cracked or scratched screen for just $1 FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE PHONE (awesome right?). They also install the screen for you, within minutes. They will create a profile for you and take down your phone's serial number and match it when you return, no cheaters allowed! To replace your screen, you will either have to have your receipt, plan card, or a picture of both in your notes (which they thoughtfully create for you), so there should never be any issues to prove your purchase! Mobile Maxx is a small business, local to me, and they provide exceptional service, which equates to me being a LONG time customer. See ya, probably in a month or 2 Mobile Maxx!

Attention this business is a scam. The overweight man that works there is so unprofessional but we…read morewill get to him shortly. So i called this business to ask for an estimate for a screen replacement for galaxy they told me $150 which I figured was a good price since everywhere else they were charging me 250 + ... i was busy so I had my cousin drop off my phone to them. I had no phone so my cousin had no way of getting a hold of me but I guess he was told by the same person I spoke to on the phone that they would have to replace my frame with a black instead of violet which is the color of my phone. He insisted that the violet color was an extra $100 to order. Since I couldn't pay anymore than 150 my cousin left my phone to him anyway. My phone was done the next day and my phone looks terrible. It looks like 5 year old replaced my screen and to top it off there was a tiny chip on the screenn. Also the frame wasn't even glued down properly and it's coming out of place. The screen cracked because I tried to press down lightly to get the frame to snap back into place. The glass was not worth $150 it felt like cheap plastic that looks like glass. I was never even told that the screen wouldn't be fingerprint compatible. My phone stopped charging because this man told my friend to make sure to have the phone with a case because the frame and the back/battery were not properly installed. As of today my phone no longer charges and the screen won't turn on it's completely dark. Also when i turned my phone on some of the settings were changed which means they must've went thru my phone (we will get to that later) .... I contemplated a few days if I should go speak to this person and explain to him what happened he could maybe replace my screen and this time with the original colored frame without the extra charge instead as soon as I began explaining to him he cut me off and said there was nothing he can do and that they didn't do refunds I tried to tell him that I was told one thing and then was told another and that the quality of the screen he installed was not good. He lied and said he had told me over the phone that the screen was after market. He never mentioned any of this otherwise I wouldn't have gone to him. Why would I agree to pay that much money for a cheap ass screen and a different color frame. ? He kept saying that he had proof that he did inform me of this and he said he would pull up his landline to show me the phone call where he stated this. I told him I would love to hear it and then he begins to cuss me out telling me to get the fuck out of his store and as I'm walking out he begins to charge at me and tells me to come back and fight him. I was shocked I couldn't believe that this guy really was treating me this way because I questioned his work which was not worth the money I paid. Then as I'm driving home my phone that he fixed completely blocks my network and won't read my SIM card or eSIM. I can almost guarantee he had a way to access my phone and since he was mad he made sure I could never use my phone again. And if he did that to me I can only imagine how many people he has done this too. He probably stores everyone's data from their phone. To anyone thinking of going here please don't. Idk how this guy is still in business he is no professional whatsoever. If you need a screen replacement your best bet would be to buy the stuff off Amazon and try to do it yourself I guarantee you can do a better

Unfortunately, our experience couldn't have been more different. We walked into the Westminster store, stood there for quite a while, and not a single employee acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. We weren't browsing displays--we were there specifically to switch our service from Verizon to T-Mobile. After waiting long enough, we simply left. I turned to my wife and said, "Let's try the Huntington Beach T-Mobile (Store #8194)." Wow... what a difference. The moment we walked through the door, three employees greeted us and asked if we needed help. Within minutes, Ulises Garcia, a Mobile Expert, came over, asked what we wanted to accomplish, and immediately got to work. I had all of our information ready, and while there were a few typical snags during the transfer process, Ulises handled every one of them calmly, confidently, and professionally. He never seemed flustered and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. I was also impressed by the atmosphere in the store. The staff treated each other with genuine respect and friendliness, and it was obvious that Ulises truly believes in T-Mobile and enjoys what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is refreshing. Most importantly, there was zero pressure to upsell us. His focus was simply on making sure our switch from Verizon to T-Mobile went smoothly. T-Mobile should be very proud to have employees like Ulises Garcia and the team at the Huntington Beach store. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you!

1 STAR -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH T-MOBILE. THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP…read more I have been a T-Mobile customer, and my experience has become extremely disappointing. At this point, I feel like T-Mobile cares more about getting customers signed up than actually taking care of them afterward. PROMOTION THAT NEVER MATERIALIZED When I signed up for T-Mobile Home Internet, I was told I would receive a $300 gift card. I signed up based on that promotion, but the gift card never came. When I contacted customer service, instead of actually solving the problem, I was transferred from one representative to another and sent around in circles for nearly an hour. After wasting all that time, the call ended up being disconnected without my issue being resolved. That is NOT customer service. If you're going to advertise a $300 promotion, you should honor it and be able to explain clearly what happened when a customer doesn't receive it. THE "LOW PRICE" DOESN'T STAY LOW I was told the 55+ plan was $45, but then the price quickly went up to $55, and now I'm paying around $66 after only a few months. So what exactly is the point of advertising an attractive $45 price if customers are going to see the bill increase so quickly? $45 JUST TO ACTIVATE A PHONE?! When I purchased a new phone at a T-Mobile store, I was charged a $45 activation/service fee just to activate my new phone. T-Mobile is already making money from the phone and monthly service, yet customers are hit with another $45 fee for something that should be a simple part of the purchase process. HOME INTERNET HAS GOTTEN TERRIBLE The Home Internet connection has also been a huge disappointment. The service is slow, laggy, and unreliable, and the quality has gone downhill significantly. A home internet service that constantly struggles with basic connectivity is simply not worth paying for. OVERALL: VERY DISAPPOINTED Between the missing $300 promotion, endless customer-service transfers, unexplained price increases, $45 activation fee, and unreliable Home Internet, I have had more frustration than I ever expected from T-Mobile. My biggest complaint is not just the money -- it's the feeling that customers are promised one thing when they sign up and then left to fight for answers afterward. Think twice before signing up. Read every promotion carefully, watch your monthly bill, and don't assume that what you're promised at signup will be easy to get afterward. After this experience, I would NOT recommend T-Mobile to friends or family.
