Obviously we have been scammed for defective product and deceived by Teletron for extra warranty. On April 17, 2025, I visited this location to purchase a BIOMAT QUEEN mattress. Before making the payment, I asked very clearly about their return policy. Both the owner, Mr. Huy, and his staff assured me: "Don't worry. If you're not satisfied within 14 days, just bring it back and we'll give you a full 100% refund. After 14 days, you can contact the manufacturer directly. But this is a high-quality product, and it sells very fast, so you won't have any problems." Because of that assurance, I decided to make the purchase. However, after paying, I never received any confirmation email or shipping information, as I had been promised. After several days with no updates, I returned to the store on April 20 to ask about my order. They told me it was delayed due to the holiday and assured me they would follow up. On April 21, I finally received an email saying the mattress would be delivered on Friday, April 25. But that night, when I opened the package and used the mattress, I discovered it was defective - the heating function was malfunctioning, causing extreme heat on my back, which made it impossible to sleep. On April 29, I returned to the store to report the issue and request a refund. Instead of showing any concern or support, the manager, Jimmy, was dismissive and even aggressive, refusing to refund me simply because the product had been opened - despite it being clearly defective. When I asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Huy, again, he told me: "I'm no longer in charge - the manager decides now," and then refused to come downstairs to speak with me. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I'm sharing my experience not to cause conflict, but to warn other customers to be extremely careful when shopping at TELETRON, especially at 13818 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA. They made big promises before the sale, but once there's a problem, they ignore the customer and take no responsibility. I truly hope the store will reconsider how they treat customers in the future. If you're thinking about buying from this store, please be cautious and don't make the same mistake I did.

My previous experience with a different repair shop was lackluster, primarily because their three-month warranty expired just before the screen died again. In contrast, Gadget Parts distinguishes itself by offering a robust one-year warranty, usually unheard of. Upon dropping off the device, it was quickly repaired and ready for collection the next day. I particularly appreciated their hassle free approach to the warranty: it is registered directly to the device, no need for the original physical receipts. I'm so glad to have rediscovered Gadget Parts and would highly recommend them for any Apple device repairs. Hopefully, I won't have to come back any time soon!

Not many people would've gone the extra mile to give me all of my options, they would have just charged me the $150 and sent me on my way. He even went over the benefits of even buying a newer generation and how the security features are supported on my old one compared to my new one. If I ever need anything repaired in the future, I am definitely coming here. I will be confident that. I'll get an answer in an auto repair.

As soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted by the lovely Matthew who was wearing an HP badge and said "I'm The Printer Guy but I'm also a huge nerd so I can help you!". And he did. 30 min later I walked out with exactly what I needed. No upsell, no pushing extras, just a very affordable all in one to serve my at home needs. Issac, the cashier was also super helpful and friendly, he went to the back to locate the model I needed. So I'm not sure why all the hate. I received a call…read moretoday from someone who clearly has no idea what customer service is and they told me they me delivery I was expecting in 2 days was being pushed out 2 weeks because the manufacturer just shipped the unit. So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. Plus they will never respond to this review due to there lack off concern for the customer....
