Attention this business is a scam. The overweight man that works there is so unprofessional but we will get to him shortly. So i called this business to ask for an estimate for a screen replacement for galaxy they told me $150 which I figured was a good price since everywhere else they were charging me 250 + ... i was busy so I had my cousin drop off my phone to them. I had no phone so my cousin had no way of getting a hold of me but I guess he was told by the same person I spoke to on the phone that they would have to replace my frame with a black instead of violet which is the color of my phone. He insisted that the violet color was an extra $100 to order. Since I couldn't pay anymore than 150 my cousin left my phone to him anyway. My phone was done the next day and my phone looks terrible. It looks like 5 year old replaced my screen and to top it off there was a tiny chip on the screenn. Also the frame wasn't even glued down properly and it's coming out of place. The screen cracked because I tried to press down lightly to get the frame to snap back into place. The glass was not worth $150 it felt like cheap plastic that looks like glass. I was never even told that the screen wouldn't be fingerprint compatible. My phone stopped charging because this man told my friend to make sure to have the phone with a case because the frame and the back/battery were not properly installed. As of today my phone no longer charges and the screen won't turn on it's completely dark. Also when i turned my phone on some of the settings were changed which means they must've went thru my phone (we will get to that later) .... I contemplated a few days if I should go speak to this person and explain to him what happened he could maybe replace my screen and this time with the original colored frame without the extra charge instead as soon as I began explaining to him he cut me off and said there was nothing he can do and that they didn't do refunds I tried to tell him that I was told one thing and then was told another and that the quality of the screen he installed was not good. He lied and said he had told me over the phone that the screen was after market. He never mentioned any of this otherwise I wouldn't have gone to him. Why would I agree to pay that much money for a cheap ass screen and a different color frame. ? He kept saying that he had proof that he did inform me of this and he said he would pull up his landline to show me the phone call where he stated this. I told him I would love to hear it and then he begins to cuss me out telling me to get the fuck out of his store and as I'm walking out he begins to charge at me and tells me to come back and fight him. I was shocked I couldn't believe that this guy really was treating me this way because I questioned his work which was not worth the money I paid. Then as I'm driving home my phone that he fixed completely blocks my network and won't read my SIM card or eSIM. I can almost guarantee he had a way to access my phone and since he was mad he made sure I could never use my phone again. And if he did that to me I can only imagine how many people he has done this too. He probably stores everyone's data from their phone. To anyone thinking of going here please don't. Idk how this guy is still in business he is no professional whatsoever. The employee who helped me (didn't get the name unfortunately) was very helpful. He got to the point and helped me chose the best option. He pointed out how much fixing a broken screen (about $150 for a 5 years old phone) would cost versus just getting a brand new phone, which would have cost only $50 more. This really showed me that they really do want what is best for the customer because he could have just fixed it and kept the money since they did not currently have phones to sell at the moment. I usually don't do reviews but I had to with this place. This place has excellent service and very honest. My iPhone 11 cracked LCD was replaced in like 10-15 minutes . I had a my LCD Screen replaced with a OEM part a few months ago but wanted a Original Apple LCD. Problem is Apple just doesn't sell the LCD Screen to the public, so you best case is to get a OEM version. Anyhow he eventually found a used Original Apple LCD for me and replaced it for me at not extra cost and gave me a free screen protector too. I have been here more times than I can count to fix a broken phone screen since they are fast, friendly and the price is reasonable. Today I had a different problem. My iPhone charging port wasn't working. I had called earlier in the week and got a reasonable quote. When I walk in and described the problem he took the phone , messed with it a few minutes, and handed it back fixed. I asked how much, and he said no charge! I brought my five year old 2016 iPhone SE in for a battery replacement bc the battery was going down super fast even when charging, but we realized it was a problem with the IC chip. Tony was super honest, helpful, and kind. He only charged me for the battery replacement even though he spent a lot of time trying to fix my phone and also tried replacing the chip. We went in earlier this week to get a phone screen replaced. The phone had been suffering battery problems (wouldn't even turn on) but before Apple would take a look and do a battery replacement, we had to get the screen fixed. So we came here after seeing all the positive reviews. They fixed the screen quickly and it was great mini stop along our day. My sister put it in her bag and we were off. A few days later, we took the phone out of my sister's bag. There was a crack on it! We aren't sure honestly what happened because it never left that bag from the moment we got it repaired. It seems like the experiences here are mixed with both good and bad. Mine is on the good side. When I was visiting the west coast during Christmas, my phone dropped out of my shallow sweater pocket and went black. I didn't even see the 1 cm crack until I brought my phone here. The Samsung S3 is so flimsy because I could receive calls and messages, but the screen just decided it could not take it with an itty bitty crack. Out of all the cell phone repair places I called, this was the only place that was running the cheapest price for an immediate repair (couple hours) since it was on a Saturday. I tried calling to see if the price of $175 could be dropped down, but everyone insisted that replacing the LCD and screen was costly. I know the price can get down to the low $130's since a friend said he knew a guy that could fix it for that low, but I wasn't about to drive 1 hour for that. Anyway, the guy here actually remembered me when I decided to finally bring in my phone--I guess because I called 3 or 4 times prior. lol. I can't remember his name, but I think it was either Guy or Gus that assisted me. He has a very calm demeanor with a dry sense of humor, but he was helpful since he said he could offer me free shipping if my phone decided to be funky within the 6 months warranty period. (I live on the east coast and was bargaining for a lower price since I told him the 6 months warranty would not have been useful to me.) He even offered me a screen that was recently brought in with very minor scratches for a lower price of $160. Overall, my experience here was pretty good and quick. I've heard stories of parts not being replaced properly and things messing up, but my experience here (hopefully) was an honest LCD & screen replacement with no funny busy. Oh, if you check into Yelp, you can get a free generic wall or car charger. Unsure if it even works since I haven't tried it out, but hey, it's free. read more

Found this place on Craigslist. Headed over and they replaced the screen and tested it for only $100. I can't believe how cheap it was. When I just got my iPhone 6 I went to apple to have the screen replaced for over $200 and always had issues with my keyboard being stuck constantly and the screen not detecting my touch. I wanted to replace my quickly dwindling battery on my Droid 4 noticed that replacement batteries were impossible to find. I could only find one or two places in the country that carried new OEM Motorola batteries for this sealed phone. I did research on ifixit and other sites and they stated that the install was moderate to hard (the battery is "stuck" to the phone), so decided not to mess with it myself. I called Cell Phone Repair Pros three months ago and they quoted me $40 for the install labor and said it would take about two hours. They didn't carry the battery, but if I could find it (I ended up ordering it online), they could install it. Dropped off my HTC One X Sunday yesterday to get fixed because my display was going on and off. With a twist, I would be able to have the screen display work but it was getting annoying. Was told they were too busy to get to it so I left it with them expecting it Monday. Didn't hear a single word from them all day Monday...nothing. I called around 4 to inquire about the status. They asked for the phone model and my name and said they would call back within 5 minutes as they looked through their computer. Waited for over half an hour and they still didn't call back. Called again and was told that they couldn't fix the phone as they think it was a hardware/video card issue. Cool, not their fault. So I go after work to pick it up and now my phone is worse off then when I left it with them. Now I can't even get the display to turn on at all...rendering the phone completely useless. USELESS.
