It affected every part of my life, including my relationships with my husband, children, family, friends, and clients. After trying different options without getting the relief I desperately needed, I decided to meet with Nina and learn about BioTE® hormone pellet therapy. It has now been 20 days, and I have still not received a single phone call, email, or message to schedule my appointment. I firmly believe that the way a business does anything is how they do everything. If a medical spa cannot manage to follow up with a prospective new client trying to book a procedure, it raises a massive red flag. It makes me seriously question what would happen if I actually went through with a treatment here, had an urgent post-procedure question or complication, and suddenly couldn't get a hold of anyone for answers. Communication is everything when it comes to aesthetic procedures, and failing at the very first step is not a good sign.

Very Disappointing Experience at MS Lady Med Spa…read more I am very disappointed with my recent experience at MS Lady Med Spa. I had previously visited the spa using gift vouchers I received about four months ago. More recently, I purchased Groupon vouchers after carefully reviewing the stated terms. Nowhere did the terms clearly indicate that the offer was restricted to first-time customers. Instead, they stated "limit 1 per person" and that the offer "may be repurchased every 90 days." Based on these terms, I reasonably believed I was eligible to purchase and redeem the vouchers. When I tried to redeem the vouchers, I was told the service could not be provided because I had visited before. I was instead directed toward membership options and purchasing full-price services. I believe this restriction should have been clearly disclosed prior to purchase. I bought the vouchers in good faith based on the advertised terms and was disappointed to be denied service. The front desk interaction also felt unprofessional. The staff member spoke in Chinese to another employee about my situation and, as I understood it, said she did not care about the vouchers and that I should take the issue up with Groupon. I was told that the matter was not their responsibility & asked to leave. Overall, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. I hope both Groupon and MS Lady Med Spa improve the clarity of their promotional terms and how customer concerns are handled. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend this spa.
