Permanent makeup is a decision one should not make without thinking it through and doing some research. Two years ago, at age 48, my eyebrows started thinning. I went in for my consultation feeling nervous--after all, I had never even had a tattoo placed in a hidden spot much less had permanent makeup etched into my face! Once I sat down, explained to Kelly what I was looking for in my brows and she carefully listened, I realized I had found the right "artist". Like an artist, she measured my face, helped me select colors, she spoke to me about shape of my brow and she even PAINTED on the color and shape so I could make the final choice of shape on my own; I appreciated this as it gave me the visual I needed to feel confident that I would end up with what I wanted. I started with a more conservative approach..a lighter color and not as thick at first. I went in 4 weeks later for my "touch up (included in the price) and Kelly added dimension with a deeper color. I loved it. Since that time, two years ago, I went in again recently to add color, dimension and shape. Now at 50, my brows are more beautiful than ever! I am an athlete and fitness instructor who walks around most often with no make up--I run, swim and sweat a lot! And still, most people have NO IDEA my brows are "permanent makeup". A few years ago I had an real issue with my eyebrows. They were sitting so low was sitting very low to the point that they almost touched my upper eyelids. Which gave me an unpleasant angry look. Also they were not really thick so I ended up to shaving them off. I attempted to draw on my own and it was a disaster. The woman I worked with told me about permanent makeup and Kelly. I was skeptical. But when I went to my consultation, I felt I met a very knowledgeable lady that was able to provide answers to all my questions and show me pictures of her work as well! Long story short, now i have great pair of absolutely natural looking eyebrows. Kelly did them with stroke technique that show each individual hair in my new eyebrows, which make them look very natural. They are in the right color as well as being very even! All my very long time troubles are behind me. My case was not easy, because master basically create my eyebrows on the bare skin . Kelly's Totally Cool Makeup is the best thing ever!!! I'm a professional woman and want to look my best. After two years of having to draw my eyebrows in due to them never growing back in after chemotherapy, I was so happy to find Kelly! For these past two years, it was so very frustrating to come home from a long days work or workout only to find that I drew them crooked that morning or too think or dark or that they were smudged or half off!
