I stopped in and worked with Shelly who seems to take care of nearly everything at the store. She was helpful, providing me with a lot of information and encouraging me to take samples home with me to see how they'd look in the rooms. I came back a few days later and placed my order. Shelly was not in at the time but called me the very next morning to process the order. When I wasn't able to speak because I was in a meeting, she texted with me to ensure that the order was placed ASAP. I ordered the carpet on a Friday and it was installed the following Wednesday. The installer was professional and patient, answering my millions of questions. I would definitely recommend Permanent Floors Carpet One and would purchase from them again without hesitation!

They came out right away and quoted me at $2500 and ensured that if I placed the order now they would have plenty of time to receive and install the carpet before our big visit. Once I agreed and they charged my card the down payment, I get a phone call almost a week later telling me that their distributor mis-quoted and that the new price is $3300. I was upset because I felt like this was a bait and switch since they knew I was in a bind, plus I didn't see how it was our fault that they didn't get their numbers correct. If our business misquoted our clients you better believe we would be eating that cost. However, we eventually negotiated to split the increase and he ensured me that all was well with our deadline. Two days before they are scheduled to install, four days before my deadline, they tell me that they can't get the carpet in time even though UPS offers NDA and Saturday delivery. They threw their distributor under the bus yet refused to let me contact them to see if I could get the carpet shipped direct through our UPS account. They were completely unwilling to work with me on installing another day and gave me no other options. I could tell that they didn't want to do the work due to their previous mistakes making the job less profitable for them. I understand that to a point, but as a I now have to explain to my boss why the carpet is not being replaced it's my ass on the line. Bottom Line: Shady business practices that will leave you in the lurch.

Last fall we hired Paint Medics to paint our home and fix the end caps on our aluminum siding. I…read moream a disabled retired veteran; we had to save for years to get this work done. We were assured that even though they were more expensive, that the work quality was better. The work looked good at first but upon further inspection there were a lot of missed spots, paint lines, and most of the siding end caps they repaired were literally falling off. They came back out on June 8 to fix all the problems. They had to repaint almost two thirds of the house and secure most of the end caps. Even their workers said the first crew did a bad job. The second crew painted the mistakes from previous crew but in the process damaged the following with overspray. Pool, brand new pool cover, AC Unit, window, deck, fence, composite deck, garden hose and nozzle, new soaker hose, downspouts, and the brand-new planter and trellis that were hand built by me and my sons for Mother's Day. These items were covered in green paint. Also damage to landscaping including several rose bushes and hydrangea that had broken branches small plants that were crushed. I emailed the owner asking for his insurance company's information so that we can put in a claim for all the damage. The response from owner was that it's latex paint and it will be easy to clean and admitting the damage was his worker's fault. We explained that we had already asked workers to clean the AC Unit two times while they were here. The paper towels and spray cleaner didn't get the paint off the unit. It still has paint spray all over it They just wanted to send their crew the following morning to do the same. We just want their insurance information so this can be rectified. The salesman told us they were licensed, bonded, insured and registered with the city of Parma to paint houses. We checked with Parma City Hall Building Department, and they said Paint Medics is not registered in the city of Parma and that they are illegally in the city doing work. They have not been registered in the city for two years. The owner by email has treated this like it's nothing but an inconvenience. Every time they come on to our property there is a different problem, so all we need is insurance information. They refuse to give us the insurance contacts. I plan on calling every city that they have listed that they work in and try to find their insurance information. If unable to find out, we will be taking them to court over the thousands of dollars of damage they have done to our property.

When I walked into Truly Carpets I was a bit overwhelmed by all the carpet rolls, but when I told Dennis what I was looking for he told me about new stock coming in. It was the perfect color, texture & a great brand.... AND there was enough for both rooms. Yippee! I REALLY wish I'd had Truly Carpet install -ALL- my flooring. Unfortunately I mis-took 'Discount' as kind of shady, sub-par, or sub-contracted. Shame on me, I didn't bother to ask them if they subcontract their installs =( My loss. Hindsight, now wish I'd had them floor my entire home..... Truly installed a marvelous, high-end carpet remnants in my 2 bedrooms, but stupidly I went with Lowe's for the Pergo & the install. Ugh! Lowe's, what a HUGE nightmare!!!! I should have asked Truly to find me stock, because they had much better quality (12mm vs Lowe's 8mm Pergo stock). Truly installers arrived and did an amazing job. The biggest blessing is that the installers are part of the family, rather than subcontracted out as Lowe's does (nightmare!) The project manager was so knowledgeable, teaching me what I should have known BEFORE I'd gone shopping. My home flooring is gorgeous. When it's time to resurface my floors I'll be going back to Truly Carpet & Flooring.

The man that came to measure & quote, very nice & no pressure. The installers Sonny & Jeff could not have been better. They were just great. One piece of trim between rooms didn't match, even though it was the color we picked. I just didn't like it. Sonny came back with 2 others & let me pick one I liked better. I love my new carpet & this company is a dream to with with.

It has been 4 months since installation, and there has not been any issues whatsoever. We will use Medina Flooring again when it is time for our bathroom redo.
