I asked to cut all my spilt ends, ended up getting just a 1/4 inch cut. I haven't gotten a cut in years so I know my spilt ends were definitely longer than an inch at least! She didn't want to honor it and was absolutely clueless about this Yelp offer that she has on her own business page.
