Products have inconsistent quality- it was the last straw with my recent order, all the bags had defects. From holes to permanent stains, to poor stitching and tiny colored threads in my white bags. If I could give them zero stars I would! Tote bag Factory are crooks! I ordered 150 totes and received 110 totes. When I called to fix the problem the representative asked me to email customer service... I thought I was calling customer service... After a week of waiting I was met with "oh, it's past the 30 days so we can't do anything." I called customer service again told them that I don't want a refund I just want the bags that I am owed. They literally LAUGHED at me and said that they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to their claims department or management to see if I could resolve this and the person, Elaine, said that management doesn't speak to any customers because they don't have the time. Isn't that the managers job??? When the representative can't do anything then isn't it the managers job to do something? I will never order from here again! They've stolen my money, and because I couldn't fulfill a customers order they made me lose a great customer. Don't waste your time and money. Find somewhere else. read more

I called and called the factory and they never answered or returned my calls. After a couple of weeks of calling, I finally got someone who wasn't pleasant and said they didn't know why the order was returned but once it's received by the factory they would send me a new order. Week later they still say they hadn't received the order back & wouldn't send a new order until they spoke with receiving or some crap. I never got a call back or a new order and they wouldn't refund my order. It's now been months and still no order no refund. If you have a business, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are too unorganized and unreliable for business. read more

Disappointing customer experience for custom tote bags. I communicated a "must have" delivery date with my order, they committed to fulfilling by that date, and then the bags arrived late...and I couldn't use them for the marketing event I ordered them for in the first place. They ended up shipping the bags a day late, with a delivery date after my "must have" date...and then there was an additional delay by UPS which made it even later. read more

AVOID! This company will take your money and give you a inferior product. I've been in the design field for 25+ years and this is the first company I've felt I need to warn people to avoid. They messed up two aspects of this job and refuse to be of any help to replace or refund. They printed the wrong color (very important) even though I sent specific pantone colors to use as per their instructions. They printed in solid black. And the scale of the print was 30% bigger than what was on their approval forms. Both issues they have blamed me for and have not taken any responsibility to make this right. read more

They delivered a product that differed in color drastically from the proof, so I returned it to be reprinted. They promised it would be delivered by my deadline and they missed it by six days. Unbelievable and they caused quite a stressful situation for my event.
