I have been a loyal customer for years now. I run a very small screen printing business out of my garage. I put in an order for organic totes on Sunday morning, realized I had ordered the wrong style and needed non-organic totes instead, and cancelled the order an hour later. They waited two days to get back to me and shipped out the cancelled order. I asked if they can waive the restocking fee (80 dollars) since I put the cancellation in on a Sunday (when UPS doesn't run). They only offered me in-store credit as a means to avoid the fee. I am not in a financial place to accept that as I needed the cash back into my account. Keep in mind the restocking fee is only on orders $400 or more, mine was $412. Also keep in mind they also make you pay for return shipping, which ended up being 30 some dollars. So now I am being charged an additional 110 dollars to return an item I gave them ample time to cancel. I understand the they have their rules but this feels like I'm being punished for making a genuinely valid mistake after years of purchases from them. Sadly, I will not be returning as a customer as they are not in the business of "making things right" with a longtime customer who has never once had to return an item. Proceed with caution. read more

Products have inconsistent quality- it was the last straw with my recent order, all the bags had defects. From holes to permanent stains, to poor stitching and tiny colored threads in my white bags. When I called to fix the problem the representative asked me to email customer service... I thought I was calling customer service... After a week of waiting I was met with "oh, it's past the 30 days so we can't do anything." I called customer service again told them that I don't want a refund I just want the bags that I am owed. They literally LAUGHED at me and said that they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to their claims department or management to see if I could resolve this and the person, Elaine, said that management doesn't speak to any customers because they don't have the time. Isn't that the managers job??? When the representative can't do anything then isn't it the managers job to do something? I will never order from here again! They've stolen my money, and because I couldn't fulfill a customers order they made me lose a great customer. Don't waste your time and money. Find somewhere else. read more

I called and called the factory and they never answered or returned my calls. After a couple of weeks of calling, I finally got someone who wasn't pleasant and said they didn't know why the order was returned but once it's received by the factory they would send me a new order. Week later they still say they hadn't received the order back & wouldn't send a new order until they spoke with receiving or some crap. I never got a call back or a new order and they wouldn't refund my order. It's now been months and still no order no refund. If you have a business, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are too unorganized and unreliable for business. read more

I communicated a "must have" delivery date with my order, they committed to fulfilling by that date, and then the bags arrived late...and I couldn't use them for the marketing event I ordered them for in the first place. They ended up shipping the bags a day late, with a delivery date after my "must have" date...and then there was an additional delay by UPS which made it even later. read more
