They do have a nice shoes sections with loads of sneakers. A decent selection with name brands. I did notice that they did carry loads of Adidas. There's also a good selection in apparel. Mainly active wear but you'll find the occasional traditional classic pieces if you look for them. But if it's active wear or sport wear, it's your place. Then you have all the sports gear. There's a section that's all golf. Loads of clubs but they're all locked up So you can't really try them out. You have basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis and so on. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.

As a long time entrepreneur in business owner, I would fire this manager on the spot immediately This tells me several things 1. He started closing the store early and shut down the register before the doors are closed. This is a major mistake in business because you lose out on potential $400 sales like mine. 2. Always serve the customer. It was very clear that it wasn't that they couldn't take the order that he was lazy and wanted to go home. That's fine, but this is why you're stuck doing this the rest of your life instead of finding a road to success. We proudly invest in it because it represents our love for the team and our pride in the city--especially after two WORLD SERIES WINS! YES!!! However, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with one particular Dodger Clubhouse location--the Northridge store. I've visited other locations, and the staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. This location was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed bothered by customers walking in and asking for assistance. I went in to exchange an item I had received as a gift because it was too big, and I was hoping to find a smaller size. The sales associate appeared visibly annoyed that I was making an exchange. When I asked for help to see what options were available, the associates glanced at one another as if I had interrupted an important conversation. Mind you, I was one of only two people in the store at the time. The overall environment felt unwelcoming, and the staff was not helpful. Having worked retail myself during college, I understand the demands of the job. I've been on both sides--as an associate and as a customer. Some days are easier than others, and sometimes you have to push through and maintain a positive attitude. I truly understand that. However, this did not feel like an off day--it felt like the standard atmosphere of the store. The merchandise may sell itself, but when someone is spending over $250 on a jersey, the last thing they should experience is poor customer service and negative attitudes. So i waited for Monday morning to call and I was told that they would be shipping at the end of the week. So i waited another week. I didn't hear back from Niky's on the status. I called back again and again was told it was shipping and i should have it by the end of the week. I waited again. I called the store to confirm they had received it before i drove out and was told they didnt have it and call the Pasadena store. I called the store and was told it would ship out at the end of the week. It's now been over a month and my son wasn't able to play in his 1st tournament because he didn't have the uniform. I understand that its a custom club kit and could take a little longer which is why i waited 2 weeks before trying to pick it up from the Woodland Hills store, but why say ready in 5 days when it isn't and they don't offer any status update unless you call. Just to hear that it will ship at the end of the week. Its been over a month and still nothing. Very disappointed. Im not the only one. Many kids from the club are having the same issue. Yet im getting blasted with emails everyday of sales or new equipment but no update on my order.

From the second we walked in, I was really surprised as how much they had inventory wise. They definitely had a little something for everyone. From jerseys to artwork to cards of all interests. They've got you covered. I haven't collected cards since maybe the early 90s so I don't know if the prices are good, but they seemed like they were on par with what you would be paying these days. Staff was...ok. It took awhile for one of the employees to acknowledge my sons who were patiently waiting to be helped. Instead they were focused on a group of of about 3 other people just chatting away about something or another. When they finally did address us, they seemed a bit confused by the vouchers, but eventually went in the back and brought out some 'pull night' packs for baseball and a few extra NBA cards for good measure. I appreciated that they gave out a little extra to some very appreciative kids. Parking is really the only major drawback. It's a small lot and there's only really one in and out. Be prepared to either wait a bit for a spot or finding street parking and walking.

At the time of purchase, the…read morestaff strongly encouraged me to buy an REI membership and clearly told me that if the product had any problem within one year, I could return it for a full refund. After experiencing a problem with the shoes, I returned to the store expecting REI to honor what they promised. Instead, the store manager, Peter, refused to accept the return, despite the shoes having a legitimate issue and despite the membership guarantees that were explained to me at the time of sale. This experience makes it very clear that REI's "one-year membership guarantee" is misleading and unreliable. What was presented as a benefit turned out to be meaningless when I actually needed it. I feel deceived and misled. This kind of practice damages customer trust and reflects very poorly on store management. Be careful before purchasing an REI membership or relying on their return promises. Based on my experience, the guarantee is not honored consistently, and customers may end up feeling scammed.
