Could have used more dressing but serving was big enough for 2. Lamb Osso Bucco - looked good on the plate, tender and tasty but I struggled to find enough meat on the shank. Green Beans - forgot to bring out with entree and were completely overwhelmed by dill Signature Mac & Cheese - nothing signature about it. Thin sauce, bland I have to be honest, I yearn for the days of their blue crab dip and exceptional tenderloin steak. My date had the salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans, and added the squash with pecan relish (more of a sauce). The salmon was cooked well and had a great crust. The squash was delicious. Bob was our driver and his great demeanor added to our great day. He knew the area and many of the locations as he used to be the head football coach at Dripping Springs High School. He made sure to be at our beck and call! Comfortable Mercedes bus was more than enough for our group of 6. We'll call again when we come down next time.

He picked us up from our Airbnb and drove us 45 mins out and back, while we blasted some rachet songs to sing haha. He would check in on us during the winery to see if we needed anything or have any questions, and he would offer to help us take multiple pictures. He also got one of the wineries to allow us to explore their cellars! On our last day in Austin, he drove by our airbnb to pick up someone else and honked at us as we waited for our uber. Service and conversation were good. My husband loved his Sweet Whites. Unfortunately for me, the reds didn't meet my love for BIG BOLD Reds. The red wines were very light and the first 2 too tart for my liking. Everyone has their personal preference. It was definitely worth stopping. Tastings were normally $20 per person and we had purchased Wine Lovers Celebration passport for a couple at $100. If you haven't tried the Texas Wine Passport, it is worth the money.

Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time.
