The location itself looks very rustic on the outside, but inside it's cool, modern and has plenty of seating. You'll find plenty of shade trees and two water stations along with some nonalcoholic drink options. There's no food truck on site, but they do offer a charcuterie board and I was told you can now bring your own grub (still might want to call and confirm though). At the bar inside you'll find a listing of their ciders including some guest taps that rotate. There's two unisex bathrooms near the bar and two sinks on the outside where everyone can watch you wash your hands. It should be mentioned that there is one oddity about this property and that is the small McCuistian family cemetery just a few hundred feet west of the driveway (see separate review). And if that cemetery is not enough to get your attention, the huge Live Oak cemetery is directly next-door with over a thousand graves to peruse through (yes, I reviewed that one too). So if you're looking for a place that produces high-quality craft cider and enjoy the rustic Hill country setting, this is it. A couple of items to note, Friday night is movie night on a big screen outside and on weekends they have live bands. 10 informative photographs included.

This was a while back, but when I went, it was around valentines and there was some event going on with belly dancing and baby chicks running around a table. Super chill, unpretentious. Everyone I talked to was kind and knew their stuff without ever being pushy. Whether you're grabbing a cider to go or just hanging out for a bit, it feels easy. Even if you're not drinking, they have options, which I really appreciated. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to come back -- not just for the drinks, but for the vibe.

I noticed there's only about a dozen spots to park in and not much in the way of street parking. I have to admit this venue is actually a lot smaller than I imagined. When you walk through the door, you'll find that it is a small 700 square-foot space with a 6' bar which features a few home made ciders on tap. They also have a nice selection of organic wines and nonalcoholic beverages, but no beer. In case you're wondering, you can actually rent this room out for a private party for about 30, but probably not more than 40 of your closest friends (I recommend car pooling). If you rent this space, then you can bring your own beer which their license permits. They do have two relatively clean unisex bathrooms and a few picnic tables outside. This place seems to be a good neighborhood hang out, but also acts as a nice quaint venue for small parties. Photos included for more perspective.

We paid $80 for four of us, and you don't really get anything for that price. You have to pay for balloon animals and face painting, which I think should be included in your ticket. My daughter loved the pillow jump, but the lady working there was horrible. She screamed at everyone constantly to "get in line," and then if kids were jumping too hard or didn't stop jumping when she said so, she'd scream at them. She really ruined what should've been a fun time. The other staff wasn't nice either. In the end, I could've taken my daughter to a park for free and gotten the same experience without having to shell out $80. This place just seemed super greedy and zero customer service skills. They treated everyone like they weren't welcome.
