Worst car wash I've ever been to. First, this is not a touchless car wash as advertised. Also, they taped my mirrors up and rush you to drive out of the exit when it finishes, but I can't drive with my mirrors taped. I don't like them putting tape on my car without asking me either. Finally, at the beginning, I always turn on car wash mode in my car. But I was clicking the car wash mode on the screen and the guy outside my car yells at me to tell me to pay attention to him and not look at my screen. There was no reason for him to get frustrated as it only takes maybe 15 seconds or so for me to turn on the mode. In addition to all of that, my car is not even clean. There are still bugs and dirt spots all over the car and the windshield is dirty even though I paid for the upgrades.

They are an extremely high volume business and their machines see constant wear and tear. So no, their brushes won't be perfect. There will be edges and rough parts, or even debris stuck in them. And of the hundreds of cars that go through each day, probably a small percentage of customers even notice. There is no point in complaining to staff about it because they will simply deny it and there is no way to prove it. So do yourself a favor and seek out a touchless car wash instead.
