They offer free self vacuums and towels to dry you own car. They don't have folks to clean/detail the inside for you which is a bummmer but for the prices for self service is pretty good. Checked out this new car wash in Gaithersburg. I was expecting a touchless car wash, but unfortunately it was with brushes. Unless I was told wrong, there was no information on touchless provided so I assumed this location didn't have it. I ended up getting the Deluxe car wash which covered a lot of areas, including the undercarriage. It ended with ceramic coating (not really much), and tire shine (sloppy job on the tires). Overall, the staff were fantastic. Shout out to Kaitlin. I pulled into one of the cleaning bays after the wash was complete to further dry the car with the towels provided by them. These bays also have free vacuuming which is a plus if you need to do your interior cleaning yourself. I took my Toyota here, which was fine. But, as for my Tesla, I don't plan to bring it here as there was no touchless car wash which is preferred for it. read more

Brand new black civic scratches in several spots. The manager said that it's impossible that his car wash did this to my car. The car has 140 miles on it and it's never been washed. I thought since the facilities was new it would be fine. NOT!! The management was very defensive and the manager waled away and told the other manager to help me. I should have read Yelp first. I visited today - Feb 1 2020 and started by attempting to vacuum my vehicle . The claw kept falling off which is almost expected so I had to hold the claw on the hose the whole time. It stopped vacuuming altogether and I wondered why, because I could hear it running. The hose came off on the other end too! So I go to wash my car and no suds come out of the brush. I start the sprayer and get soaked... there's a hole in the hose! Read reviews before coming, I wish I did! With this COVID and all the closures. I had to get my car washed! My car was just sooo dusty! I went through the drive in, where you can pay with a credit card. I chose $9 package just to see if theyll do a "decent" job. Well, to sum it up nooooo. My car is covered in watermarks. I rather buy some carwash stuff and wash my car at my folks house. You might have luck if you do the wash it yourself, but I only had a 20 and didnt when get all tokens. Other Yelpers have mentioned that short change you with tokens... im glad i didnt get the $12 package. Lesson learned. read more

This is my go to carwash! I wish they open up more of these self car washes. I don't like the machines, because they scratch and don't catch the smaller areas. I appreciate my vehicles, after all they cost so much, so I gotta take care of my investment. I always come during the week days, so I've never seen the weekend crowd. No complaints here. I have to say that, initially, the automated system and car wash was poor. But Carlos, the Manager, at this location was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Not only did he respond to me promptly, he called again and told me to come back for my change.. when I got there, not only did he give me back my change, but he went above and beyond and literally helped hand wash my car!!! Convenient when it works, unfortunately the credit card readers on both of the automated wash bays have been out of commission for the last month. This is an all to regular occurrence. Customer feedback through their website has gone unanswered for over a week. read more

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. This automatic car wash absolutely destroyed all the chrome trim on my car. It uses recycled water full of acid that will stain your trim since the dryer doesn't work very well. Be aware, your car will be damaged going here, and you will get zero response from the company itself. As a result, you'll have to file a claim against them with your insurance company if you want the damages fixed. read more

The air pump wasn't working for about 6 months. (Finally working again when I went there today.) I spoke to the manager and he said people abuse it but I think that's a red herring. Sure, there may be people not spooling up the hose after use but a busted hose has never been the problem. For the 6 months it was out of order, it was the pump itself, not the hose. At the very least they could've put a sign up on the pump saying it was out of order. Instead, you had to drive up to it each time, unspool the hose, try it on a tire, only to find out it had no pressure. read more
