I go to this salon to get my pedicure and SMS done to my nails. Anna does my nails who is the owner and normally who ever is available does my pedicure. It a small waint spot but pretty friendly. Anna does a good job as I don't like a lot done and I like them to look pretty natural. I recommend

Touch nails have been my nail spot since 2019 ... they have a came a long and amazing way. from bringing in new things like lashes & champagne. business has definitely shoot up for them and they deserve it !!! shout out to May , Daniel and CoCo. The prices has definitely went sky high but it's worth it when you ready to doll up. Amazing nail techs !! thanks for your service!

My nails came out exactly how I wanted it to! I love them, thank you Leanne! Salon is very cute & Leanne knew exactly what she was doing, I will be coming back here. Gonna make an appointment for a pedicure

    What i asked for

This is probably one of the worst nail experiences I've had in months. I came in to get an acrylic set done, i called beforehand and they told me it starts at $56. I showed my tech, Cindy, the set i wanted (pretty intricate) and she said she could do it and it would be $110, which i was fine with because it was a detailed set. As she started doing the nails, it was clear she did not know what she was doing and other techs kept coming over, which was concerning to say the least. She then told me i couldn't do both of the colors on the set or it would be an additional charge? Which made no sense because she already gave me a price. I decided to just do the one color (pink) after going back and forth and her refusing to do the yellow. After that she attempted the design and it genuinely looked so bad i just had to choose another set. I wouldn't mind if she told me from the beginning she didn't know how to do the nails i showed her but she waited until we were almost 2 hours in before doing this flower. When i realized it was not going to look how i wanted, i told her we can change the set to something easier. She was visibly upset and you could tell she did not care how she did my nails after that. She did the nails very sloppy and some of the lines were uneven. She then said it would be $95 even though the set was way less complicated than the initial one. I did not enjoy this experience AT ALL and I'm upset i even traveled to try this place.

I've been going to Touch Nails for about 3 years now. I left to go to Florida and came back home and decided to get a pedicure. Never again! Ever since half of the staff left it is truthfully a disgusting place. I've watched them use the same tools without disinfecting or sanitizing their tools today. & I'm so upset because I came in to get a pedicure. Prior to me coming here I had acrylic on my right big toe and asked if I can get it soaked off . The lady receptionist said to me that it will be "FILED DOWN" Next thing I know, I'm sitting in the chair starting my pedicure and the guy started filing down my nail. Then "KANDY" who was sitting next to him grabbed a fake nail and snatched my nail right off. It was so painful! That was my first time having an acrylic in the first place and for them to do that showed they DO NOT CARE! Just want your dollar. It really pissed me off NEVER EVER AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND especially if you're looking for a sanitary and healthy place to get your nails done during these times. Service: Gel Pedicure & Right Big Toe soaked off with regular polish. P.S. it is a pointless to have all that plastic wrap around as if yall are taking proper precautions and y'all aren't cleaning your tools or replacing them with new ones. WORST $35 spent!

I follow touch on Instagram and they do a lot of funky nail designs. I decided to stop by and give them a shot. This is not the salon to feel pampered. It feels very drab with the dark paint and lack of energy from the staff- everyone was taking a nap when I came. They must work very long hours. The salon needs some life. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, so far it looks great and was inexpensive. My tech spoke good English and honored all my request. They have an assortment of very pretty colors to choose from. Oh and they get props for having Sam Smith on the playlist. I would return and be delighted with my inexpensive services.

Just after I got them done.

This was my first time going to Touch Nails. My friend recommended it to me because she usually goes to get her lashes and nails done with her mother. I made the journey to Touch Nails to get my lashes done for my 21st birthday. I liked that you didn't have to book an appointment. I just called the day before to double check. The ladies there were very nice and the rooms in which they did the lashes were very cute and clean. I believe my lash tech's name was Zoe. I told her that this was my FIRST time getting lash extensions and she was pretty nice and understanding. I wanted a natural cat eye look and I think she did a good job. The final product was a littleeee bit more than I intended (because, again, this was my first time getting lashes done so I didn't want it to be too much). However, I still think they were on the more "natural" side, and they looked cute! I got them done on the 17th of March, and it's April 1st and they're still on for the most part. My left eye is fully the same, but the lashes on my right eye have started to fall off a little, which has been botheringggg me LOL. But what can I say. Overall it was a nice experience for my first time. The whole process took about 20-30 minutes total. Thank you Zoe!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT waste your money nor time here. First: The nail technicians were incompetent and did not know how to take off my dip powder manicure. The man who started my nails left me to soak in nail polish remover (which is not the way to remove dip powder) and without addressing me, started working on another customers pedicure, I had to ask for someone to take it off. When I asked for a regular manicure I was approached twice by the same person as to why JUST wanted that, pressuring me to get a gel manicure, or my eyebrows done. Half way through the woman TOLD me to pay and gave me a dirty look when I pulled out a card (I wasn't are that it was cash only). By the way, the woman yanked at my cuticles without any oil or lotion. After the horrible removing experience I wanted to wait to see how she painted before tipping and before she finished the nail technician rudely asked "are you going to tip me?" through her mask. I told her that I had every intention to before I leave but I wanted to see how she finished me. Visually pissed off the nail technician sent me to the dryer and shoved my hand into the dryer messing up two of my nails, and when she went to fix them- she yelled out loud and told me that "I" had to be more careful. While fixing the nail, she hastily opened the nail polish bottle and spilled nail polish on my pants and the floor. Needless to say, I walked out. And I will never be back. PS. I know this is long but from other reviews I feel like I don't have to mention how dirty and unkept the salon is. I didn't see any technician using sterilized materials. Very uncomfortable place to be.

top of the ring and pinky fingers are slanted and not filed straight. middle finer doesn't even resemble a coffin shape.

Vicky did my nails and consistently caught an attitude and was getting irritated because I kept asking her to fix the shape. the top of four of my nails are slanted and the middle finger doesn't even look like a coffin shape. Apart from the fact that she was getting irritated she definitely rushed through the shaping of it. I think this nail salon is The best option available in Canarsie so if you need trendy nail designs and can't travel too far, I would definitely just recommend going to someone else and NOT Vicky.

This salon has sneaky business practices....the nail tech named MAy never once asked if I wanted acrylic or gel she assumed I wanted gel no questions asked...& once I corrected her she began doing my nails so sloppy I asked her to correct a few of my nails & she barely wanted to do that...they are rude to you if you don't want to purchase high priced designs...MAy continued doing my nails but was looking all over the place instead of focusing on getting my set done...never coming back here...then I watched other nail techs lie to customers & tell them they only have builder gel so the customers can pay more money.

Their prices is too high for their gel for their gel anything. For gel nails without polish is like 60 dollars Add polish is another $15.

Talented nail techs. Fairly clean. But over crowded and pricey. They have remodeled recently and the space looks amazing.

Pearl Brows management has a nasty vibe & I'm not the only one to see or feel it. I got my lashes done last July 2025 and left the shop with intense burning pain, blurriness & tearing to my eyes. (Thank goodness I wasn't alone). I woke up the next day looking like this! I went to the emergency room with follow-ups to my eye doctor. Both doctors told me that I had an injury to my eyeball due to scratches with a very small instrument which caused the Lurine's, pain & bleeding. I went back days later to Pearl Brows & spoke with Saman? (not sure of her name but she claimed to be the manager) She was SNIDE & RUDE making it clear that she couldn't give a damn. She told me it was my "own fault!" I knew I had to just walk away at that moment. I was so upset. She acted as if I offended her. After all, I'd already paid her, so it was alright to treat me like garbage & offer no apologies or any compensation. These types of people do not value American Customer Service & choose not to assimilate to our ways. Instead she played the game of: blame the victim; get them to act out & be in the wrong; or just simply deny everything & tell you to go away; & never ever take accountability. I chose to walk away, but I was so upset. I filed a civil suit against Pearl Brows. The cowards never bothered to show up to court on December 16th, 2025. You will see the true & ugly character of this company when things go wrong which is inevitable. They value your money over your respect or feelings. After the 3rd redraw, I began to feel really anxious. I wanted to trust her confidence, but I regret not trusting my own gut and walking out. I ended up with brows that looked *nothing* like the few acceptable design options I shared. They were bizarre, blocky and shapeless and exceeded my natural brow lines. (Can share photos for proof if Yelp allows.) The brows were also uneven:asymmetrical. She gaslit me about this and it took a cosmetic doctor to validate the obvious. It is also a lie that is it "semi" perm. Any doctor will tell you it is perm. I nearly had a nervous breakdown about disliking my face when I previously enjoyed my face and only wanted to enhance my beauty (not destroy it). When I used to do my own brows, I'd get complements all the time, but I never got any complements on her work. I also paid 100 for a lash lift. It did absolutely *nothing*. It was a complete waste of money. When I said something, she dismissed my concern on the premise that too much time had passed. (Personally, I don't think that should really have mattered much given how many disappointing experiences I had.) Matters got worse. I wanted to have the brows fixed. She did saline removal. *She insisted on going *deeper* so I wouldn't have to come back again.* That is *NOT* what you're supposed to do because it can cause scarring. I ended up with a permenant scar on one side of my face *and* not all the ink was even removed after all that. For months, people were asking me, "what happened to your face?" I was told to see the dermatologist, but it took months to get an appointment only to be told they couldn't even treat me, and that I would need to pay out of pocket to see a costly cosmetic specialist dermatologist to fix it.(She wasn't even professional enough to know what kind of doctor to tell me to see, so I wasted months waiting for the wrong kind of dermatologist.) She insisted saline removal was less damaging but the doctors said otherwise. Unfortunately, after already sinking several 100s, if I wanted it fixed, I'd have to pay a cosmetic dermatologist $800 *per treatment* for tattoo removal and $750 *per treatment* to fix the scarring. After 2 years, I'm still saving up the money to possibly get it all corrected. I feel like I'd pay almost anything at this point just to be happy with my face again. She refunded me for *one* of the removal sessions because of the scarring, but no amount of money could ever make up for the long lasting stress of this experience and having permenant damage to my face. This was a waste of 1000s. It only takes messing up one persons face *once* to leave a mountain of pain and regret. I would consider removing the review for a full refund of services, but otherwise, I think it's important for people to know. If yelp allows photos: Attached are photos right after treatment (when it was still really dark) and 1.5 years after treatment with fading and scarring. The scar was very pink for a long time. Now it is just whitish, elevated, jagged, and obviously different from the color and texture of my natural skin. Im honestly devastated. I'm $1600 deep into the removal process. Can also share photos of myself after my tattoo removal treatment so you can see what I had to go through to remove it.
