She uses hot stones and great smelling oils, which most masseuses I've had do not use, at least not for me. This is the first massage therapy were I wasnt screaming or grimmacing in pain. I first went to Touch of Serenity about 2 months ago. But it took me about a week to schedule an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and the call was returned a week later! Once I was seen, i will admit the experience was great! Therefore, I made an appointment to come back. However, I needed to cancel, so I called and no response. I did leave a voicemail to cancel. I check my bank statement and she charged $40 for no-show. I was never even told about the cancellation policy to begin with! I had called ahead of time to cancel (left a voicemail), but getting through is very difficult! Getting a call back can take about a week. Definitely not going back! It would have been nice to know the cancellation policy when the appointment was made. read more

I was having back problems and booked a massage with Sarah. Upon entering the room, I felt at ease. The environment she creates is very relaxing and unobtrusive. We sat down and I told her about the back problems I was having. Sarah was very attentive and I didn't feel rushed.
