Tara is an excellent massage therapist and has a lot of knowledge of natural natural health. She is trained in many modalities including aruvedic medicine. I've had several therapeutic massages with Tara to work on a strained peroneal ligament that wouldn't go away until I started working with her. She knew exactly which muscles to release and it really helped. I have had countless massages in my life but none have ever been as effective, as enjoyable, or as releasing as Tara's. After having a few sessions, I don't think I could ever go to anyone else for a massage. I have had both the Ashiatsu and Deep Tissue massage, and both were incredible. Tara hit tight muscles on my body that I didn't even know existed. She helped me realize that some issues stem from completely different/opposite sides of the body, and she knows how to target exactly those areas to completely relieve tightness and pain. I've been here a few times now and I am very impressed with Tara and her knowledge and skill. The atmosphere when you first walk in is quiet, peaceful and professional. I've never felt more at ease when receiving a massage than I have with Tara (and that is saying a lot!). She is extremely skilled at what she does - she knows the different areas that trigger tension in other areas of the body, and she knows how to release tension. 10/10. Tara is an intuitive healer, and she helped my body in ways that I didn't even know it needed! Not only did she release tension and knots in my shoulders, but she also sent me exercises that I can do on my own to aid in prevention and overall health. I have gotten the Ashiatsu massage, and Deep Tissue Abhyanga massage. Both have a great amount of pressure that loosen tight muscles in my body. Tara came highly recommended by one of the other moms in my pregnancy class and at first, I was skeptical because I've had prenatal massages from therapists who say they're trained, but the results say otherwise. Fortunately for me, Tara's technique is just what the doctor ordered! From the moment she opened the door, she put me at ease with her calm demeanor. She has such a way about her that just made me instantly relax. The setup was also perfect for my growing belly, and just laying on the table already eased the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. The table was heated, and the aromatherapy didn't smell overwhelming at all. Her massage technique was absolutely relaxing and the perfect pressure. After my massage, I instantly booked a package of 4 from her because I knew I'd want to come back. Since the experience was so great, I shared one of my sessions with my partner. Her technique has the perfect balance of pampered relaxation while meeting my body's therapeutic needs.
