I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at SoliVana Wellness Spa! I tried the Halotherapy Salt Room, Red Light Therapy, and Float Therapy I especially loved the salt room, it wasn't heated, which I really appreciated, and I noticed it helped clear up my allergies. The Red Light Therapy left me feeling energized, and the Float Therapy was such a cool, calming experience. I actually fell asleep mid-session! The space is super clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe is peaceful and inviting. You can tell they've really curated the space to be a sanctuary for the overstimulated. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wellness reset in the Bay Area!

This is a little hidden gem in Redwood City,! And absolute oasis of bliss and serenity. From the moment we walked in, Natasha greeted us with a warm smile, and showed us all of the rooms and relaxation that would await us . The salt room was magical, the flotation room, divine calm and the nurturing of the red light therapy .ahh , I can exhale and ground and return to the outside world invigorated , clear ,and calm . I am a Birth worker, and this is exactly what I needed after supporting in a hospital setting recently. For all healthcare workers, doctors nurses I highly recommend you getting your weekly dose of calm and for everyone else a must visit. Yiu will walk out different from your renewed sense of peace and tranquility! Relax well here , you are in great hands

What a great sanctuary to unwind and rebalance oneself. I came here with a girlfriend who needed some unwinding before she starts her full time job, it was a great place for bonding and decompressing. We tried the float and it was my first time experiencing the float tank, and it was nice. And we did the halo-therapy which was great as it was nice to feel the salts underneath my toes, it was grounding. Lastly, we did the red light therapy which was nice to help with my circadium rhythm. I've had trouble sleeping and that night I slept like a baby! The service was super attentive and nice. I would definitely go back here again!

Solivana Wellness Spa is truly a hidden gem and an absolute sanctuary for the soul. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted not just as a client, but as family. The owners are some of the kindest, most attentive people you will ever meet -- warm, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your healing. You can feel their passion in every detail of the space and every interaction. I recently came in for EMTT therapy because I was in significant back pain. I could barely walk, and the discomfort had been something I've struggled with for years, trying countless things to find relief. After just 20 minutes of EMTT therapy, I could walk. The pain dramatically decreased, and I barely had any discomfort. Just 20 minutes! After years of searching for solutions, the relief I felt was almost unbelievable. The therapies here are truly extraordinary. The floating experience feels like a complete nervous system reset. The Fire & Ice therapy is invigorating and powerful, leaving you energized and glowing. And the salt room is absolutely magical -- calming, beautifully designed, and deeply restorative. You walk out breathing deeper and feeling lighter. Every treatment at Solivana is intentional, professional, and transformative. This is not just a spa -- it's a healing space run by people who genuinely care. If you're looking for real results, true relaxation, and people who will go above and beyond for you, Solivana Wellness Spa is unmatched. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Red Light infrared is a must try !

I was in town and needed to find a good recovery spa before my big event and I found this gem of a place ! It is located in a small shopping center and I never would have looked twice but I am so glad I did ! This is the perfect escape to the crazy Bay Area life . I did the sauna and cool plunge I believe they call it fire and ice treatment which was absolutely divine . The amenities are so well thought out and beautiful. I loved sipping a cup of tea after my service and I truly could have stayed there for hours . The owner was so sweet and I hope she expands to multiple locations because every one needs a bit of SoliVana in their lives .

WOW! That is all I can say. SoliVana is truly a wellness spa in every sense of the term. Women owned and operated, Natasha has thought of everything. I come in and immediately am welcomed with a tour of the facilities, cloud slippers, a robe, and calming music. I step into the "Fire and Ice" room (a proper sauna experience...they even sell sauna hats:)) and I am cleansed of my week of teaching and parenting small children. Impeccably clean with beautiful touches throughout. After my 45 min of detoxing I shower and get ready for my float. Again, I am welcomed with tips and tricks to float myself away in 1100 lbs of epsom salt water. Heavenly, I cannot wait to come back.

This is an overdue review. I saw Dr. Raphael during the pandemic. She was my first naturopathic…read moredoctor and the first doctor I had seen completely virtually. She took detailed information and concerns of mine. She was able to put in bloodwork I needed to the lab but I was able to take her recommended lab work to have my doctor put it in so that some of the lab work would be covered by insurance. The lab work is much more extensive than the basic lab work your traditional doctor does for you. Her lab work was able to have her give you recommendations on supplements and diet. The lab work is an eye opener to seeing how unbalanced my body was. Just before having the vaccine, she instructed me on what tinctures to take prior to having the vaccine so that wouldn't have any or mild side effects. The first two vaccines I took the tinctures and I barely had any symptoms. When the booster came out and I completely forgot about taking the tinctures, I had a headache and was tired for two days. I won't forget to take this going forward now. If you're looking for a naturopathic doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Kizzy Raphael where ever you are located. She does a wonderful job working with patients virtually. Her attention to detail and her eagerness to want to resolve your health issues makes her a vital part of your wellbeing.

Dr. Kizzy has helped me obtain a quality of life I didn't think was possible. I had lost faith in…read moretraditional doctors, having been told countless times from more doctors than I can remember that "I'm fine". I'd been through Kaiser, PAMF, Sutter Health; nobody would listen and nobody would help. I felt so hopeless, defeated and truly sick. I was experiencing debilitating fatigue, excruciating pain in my tailbone, extreme nausea, issues with overactive bladder, blood in my stool, a swollen abdomen, weight that I couldn't lose no matter what I tried ...the list goes on. Every day was a struggle and every day I felt so unwell, and there was no explanation. The nausea has been affecting me for over 30 years. The final straw that pushed me to find help outside of what my insurance would cover, was testing positive for colon cancer at 46. I didn't really have the money to seek alternative care, but feeling like I was on the brink of death motivated me to reprioritize my life and figure it out. I found Dr. Kizzy out of sheer desperation. I chose her because of the reviews I read. I could write pages and pages about how wonderful she is, but to summarize, I feel amazing! I don't have colon cancer. I was completely misdiagnosed by Kaiser. They kept running the same tests over and over. They refused to deviate and expand the parameters of their testing even though I wasn't getting better. They told me my ailments were all in my head. Dr. Kizzy was able to determine I had SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), H.pylori (very common, from food poisoning) and that my adrenal gland function was extremely low. I've been a patient of Dr. Kizzy for a little over a year now and for the first time in my entire life, I'm ok. I will be forever grateful for her help! She actually listened and cared. · Debilitating Fatigue - Dr. Kizzy treated my adrenal gland function, and I have so much energy now! · Excruciating Tailbone Pain - It was from chronic stress, which led to pressure and muscle tension in my pelvic floor muscles. She recommended an amazing therapist (Taryn Weinkam, PhD) who helped me release the trauma I've been holding onto for so many years. My pain is gone! · Overactive Bladder - It was my body's response to being in a constant state of "fight or flight". The therapy helped with this as well, it's no longer an issue. · Extreme Nausea - It was from H.pylori. Nausea is one of the main symptoms. If Kaiser or Sutter had run a simple test, this could have been diagnosed decades ago. My nausea is completely gone. · Swollen Abdomen & Bloody Stool - Both of these were from SIBO and both are no longer present. · Excess Weight - SIBO contributed to this, but so did the feeling of hopelessness. I credit both Dr. Kizzy and therapy. Our bodies react to our mental state. I've dropped 30 lbs and fit back into clothes I never thought I'd be able to wear again. There is really something to that whole "mind, body, spirit" thing. I highly recommend Dr. Kizzy!

Sandi's calming presence put me at ease and I felt interested by the integration of different modalities (TCM/acupressure/Reiki) and the idea of communicating with and releasing stored energy in the body that was contributing to physical and emotional problems. As a psychotherapist, I am well aware that our nervous systems develop habitual patterns around how we react to stimuli both internally and externally. Additionally, I know that trauma and challenging experiences can be held in the body and it frequently takes more than talking to safely release these experiences. I have found BodyTalk to be an excellent way to access and release both these energies and some of the beliefs impacting the tendency to revert to pain and contraction. Personally, I found these sessions helpful for an ongoing physical discomfort and pain in my left leg (that stretching and corrective exercise did not resolve). Additionally, through the healing work with Sandi I became aware that this pain was related to earlier experiences in my life and beliefs about myself and others that I had not fully let go of. As for Sandi, she is a wonderful mix of compassionate, intelligent and professional. She takes excellent and detailed notes around every session and is very thoughtful in her treatment. I highly recommend Sandi and BodyTalk work for those who want to go deeper into a more holistic way of approaching healing.

After being very ill for a year and not seeing any results from my regular doctors I decided to try something else! My first consultation was epic. I was able to talk about my health and take my time. My first appointment was over an hour. Amazing! Of course there were things I didn't want to hear. But I was there to get back on track no matter what! My second appointment after doing my labs was eye opening. Dr. McCully was thorough and explained what each result meant. I left with knowledge and a game plan. I recently returned for a check in along with more lab results. I came to her in an extreme state of physical and emotional distress and after spending $500 on a consultation she gave me zero information on a path forward but instead told me I needed to spend $24,000 upfront to get better. When I explained that wasn't something I could do she began negotiating like a used car salesman asking what amount I felt I could pay and her offer was $12,000 but said that it wouldn't fully address my needs. She then kept insisting upon speaking with my husband herself to convince him it was okay to spend that money and when I didn't answer her call the next morning she sent an email containing testimonial videos saying "I would love to help you feel like yourself again - and know that if you choose to, we can do it:) " As if it's simply a choice to afford $24k in one lump sum upfront without any plan or idea of how it will actually help me? She also insisted I didn't need therapy and my husband and I shouldn't go to couples therapy because it doesn't work and she would serve as my therapist - she is not a trained psychologist and treating people with mental health conditions under the premise she can fill that need is crazy. I have been to many naturopathic doctors over the years and I left this experience feeling even more stress.
