When I booked my service right after I got my hair done, she knew what I needed, so the excuse of me needing a bigger service therefore requiring more time is bull****. They then try to make me feel like it was my fault & try to get money out of me for a service they clearly couldnt provide because they said if I got there at 11 they can do a partial service.
